Reception was quite busy but only one person attending. Could have more people at the Reception.

This is a really well located hotel. Staff were friendly and the room was really comfortable. Very clean. Liked this hotel. Good breakfast too.

The beds weren't that comfy but still ok-ish.

Great location, clean rooms, decent breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel is very close to the car park. Good value for money.

Good location, great breakfast. Car park lift access could be improved.

The room was on the small side for 4 people (although it was only 1 night, so we got over it) We parked in the car park underneath, but could not take the lift to reception because a room key was required to use the lift. We had to carry our suitcases up. This would be an issue if you were disabled for example and it was a little annoying. We also had to walk the keys back up to get the luggage to the car park.

After reading reviews of noise and contacting the hotel, they put us in a quiet area of the hotel and it was fine. The bathroom was ok, cleanliness better than expected and parking easier than expected. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very conveniently located to pop across to the old town on foot.

The parking option was not very clear to us before arrival so we found this confusing and the hotel could do more to make this clearer to guests prior to arrival. On check in we were told that there was a problem with our room safe and asked whether this was a problem to us. We said it was and we needed a safe so we *think* the receptionist changed our rooms however when we got to our room the safe didn't work. We then spent around an hour waiting for someone to come and fix it. The communication was so poor that when I went to reception to find out what was happening the receptionist was quite rude to me and said it was a problem with all of the rooms at that present time. I explained it was an inconvenience because we wanted to leave the hotel and explore the city as we only had one night in Strasbourg. He did offer the general hotel reception safe, which I declined out of discomfort. It did get sorted in the end but the process was just painful due to staff not communicating properly from the beginning.

It's in a fantastic location, right in the centre within walking distance to many key sights. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

Staff could have been a bit friendlier and seemed to offer different information (we weren’t told about the discount on the parking which we overheard when the reception was giving information to another family) and then asked for it.

Excellent location walking distance to all major attractions with parking under the hotel (but has to be paid separately - ask for a discount code to get a few euros off). Clean room, spacious for a family of 4. Excellent lobby.

Price was OK, but did not include breakfast, which if included would be too expensive for the type of stay.

Great location close to the city centre, also part of a shopping mall with many facilities and parking (paid). Reception crew were friendly and supportive. Check-in was quick and simple.

The bed is uncomfortable, the ceilings are low. The room looked very gloomy.

The breakfast is great. There were traditional holiday foods that added to the Christmas mood. In addition to the beautiful decorations, the hotel also welcomes you with mulled wine and cookies.

It was difficult for travelers especially for seniors like us to bring our luggage to the hotel as we had to carry them up the stairs. We didn't see any ramp.

The location is very strategic . There is a tram station right outside the building. There is access to the mall also. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We specifically visited Strasbourg for the Christmas market and we would just walk to the center by the cathedral.
