Great hotel right opposite the main shopping center. Beach 5 minutes away, street with restaurants and promenade 10 minutes. Friendly staff. Spacious parking. Comfortable rooms. Pool is ok, nice bar and lobby. We liked everything, will come back again.

The staff lacks good understanding of service - we arrived in time and the check-în was done a day earlier; nevertheless the room was not ready and we waited 30 minutes. The surprise was we entered the room - no clean up done, the bathroom was a mess, dust everywhere- the worse experience with a hotel ever. I announced at the reception the situation and I asked them nicely to send somebody to clean up the room - they nodded politely and did absolutely nothing. I ended up that evening cleaning myself the room with products bought from market to be able to sit and use the bathroom/ room 😔 The conclusion is up to you as guests.

Breakfast was a little hectic, it was quite a small space with a lot of people but honestly, the food was lovely and it couldn’t be helped.

We only stayed for one night, but this was a great hotel when travelling with a family! We had a really friendly check-in, when we got to our room the cleaner saw us and came in and set up the sofa bed. We have two young children and the bed was great because it was two pull out single beds! The cleaner then came back with two huge welcome packs for the children, filled with games and juice and little chocolate biscuits. Really nice touch! We then went for a walk along the beach front which was 5 minutes away and there were some lovely bars and restaurants. We came back and spent the rest of the afternoon in the pool, which was quite basic but did the job! We went back out in the evening and all the beach front bars and restaurants were fab. The hotel also has a children’s room with games, a table football and a PlayStation. Breakfast was delicious the next day. The hotel also runs a free shuttle bus to the airport which meant it cost nothing to get to the hotel and back.

Air conditioning is old and you can’t adjust it properly. At night it was freezing cold and we couldn’t turn it down so I had to turn it off and it was too hot to sleep without it. If you’re going on a beach holiday, this is not the place because the beach is filthy. Price is quite high for the quality of the room.

Close to airport, super professional and friendly staff. Water coolers with sparkling chilled water are available on each floor. There was a kids room with a PlayStation, football table and board games. Close to big shopping center that has restaurants and supermarket.

Room: the toilet paper is so cheap and thin that it’s practically unusable – better to bring your own... No lotion or hair balm, shampoo and shower gel are in refillable pump bottles.

Good location, decent room size. The breakfast ok, but could be improved (e.g. everyone dips into the same jam – why aren’t there portioned jams, butter, etc.? Also, no cold cuts). But we’ve seen worse. Coffee is good.

It is rather a 3star hotel, many things are outdated. It is not too close to the airport,, and very difficult to find.

Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. There is. Second door in the room, so you can’t hear the noise from the corridor. Cap 3000 shopping mall is just nearby. Free parking is very helpful!

The location was great and the room was clean. Being so close to an airport I thought it might have a different kinda vibe or be loud or something but the area was quite calm and laid back and it suited our purpose for the trip. The beach was very close and a huge shopping centre was across the road with a bus stop and ticket machine right in front.

Far better than expected. The staff were all kind and welcoming. The location was good with the 12+ bus terminal right between the hotel and the commercial centre next door. Parking was good and secure with a coded gate.

The staff was incredibly kind to us when our flight was cancelled and we had to book an additional night. They went out of their way to make the process easier for us. And the morning breakfast is excellent!

The lighting in the room was a little bit too subdued. Not enough hooks to hang towels etc so they remained damp - as did our swimming costumes. Would have liked some more clothes hangers too as we only had 6 hangers between the 3 of us. Nothing to complain about - just suggestions to make life easier.

Location to airport and beach, shopping mall and train station is amazing. Only found restaurants inside shopping mall but they were nice. Air-conditioning was a godsend and staff were very helpful and polite. Food looked nice but we didnt eat in as we met family elsewhere. Lovely pool and seating area - very family friendly hotel.

Quite small room, no balcony, consequently no possibility to dry towels and bathrobes

It took almost an hour to get through to the reception to organize hotel shuttle transfer from airport!!! They said there were problems with the switchboard….!!!

Fabulous location across street from big mall and tram/bus stops. Beach just 5 minutes walk away. They have an amazing cheese choice on a covered table in the bar area so I had an amazing cheese platter with excellent wine in the restaurant!

The person who was supposed to wake us up called and the phone didn’t ring (previous guest had turned down the ring tone?) Instead of coming to our room to make sure we were awake, he chose to call us twice and that was it. Good thing I woke up and we made it in time. The whole purpose of an airport hotel is to allow us to get to the airport on time. He messed up and that was unacceptable. He even said, “I was going to come to the door and woke you up, but (mumbles)….” He really had no excuse, it was 4:30 in the morning, and he wasn’t busy. Just pure laziness!

The location is fantastic, it is near the ocean, the mall, and the airport. It is very clean, and the free shuttle is very helpful.
