We were there for the yearly Market, so streets were noisy and you could listen a little in the room

Forgot my Headphones in the room and the staff called me a couple of hours after check out to let me know. Amazing!

We like to open the window for air and unfortunately a large noisy air conditioning plant was outside our room. We were given another room but the noise was still there.

The accommodation was in a quiet part of the CBD close to both railway centres and lots of restaurants and a supermarket all walking distance. Breakfast was included with a variety of choices. Modern look to the rooms. Staff very helpfull all the time

The drinks were great, but was underwhelmed by the dinner menu personally. Was a little noisy outside and being a light sleeper meant I lost a lot more than I’d have liked for a busy trip.

The location was brilliant. The rooms were perfect for what we needed (beds for each of us), also well equipped.

The parking entrance could be a little bit more comfortable - it takes a bit to walk to the hotel.

Great location, they accept dogs as well. Nearby the center of the city. Staff were very polite, and the rooms were clean.

We were placed in a room directly above the outside eating/seating area, which was very noisy into the early hours of the morning on both nights. It was so noisy I thought I’d left the window open, but I hadn’t. If you are travelling with young children, I would recommend you request a room as far away from this area as possible. Hotel could do with sound proofing the windows of rooms near this area.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast and games/activities for kids in reception. Great location with parking at the train station next door.

No private parking but there is an (expensive) city parking next door.

The room was a bit small for 4 people. The breakfast was ok. Reception staffs were nice, evening barman/waiter was also a very friendly guy. Location is amazing, 5 min walk to the Grand-Place.

The first night there was a lot of noise from the AC unit and then some drilling that started at 745am that woke us all up. The drilling was external to the property. The staff did move us when we asked to move rooms and then I think we were upgraded to a nicer bigger room on a much higher floor. It's rated as a 4* hotel but I really think it's more of a 3* compared to some other 4* we saw as we walked around but the price was fine.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and within walking distance of everything we wanted and needed to access in Lille.

The separate toilet needed a wash basin.

The room was spacious, good to have a small fridge, tea and coffee facilities, the bed and shower were both good.The water fountain in the lobby was an excellent facility.

I would have liked English breakfast tea in the room and also milk sachets. More cosmetics for use in the bathroom. Body lotion etc. Some of the black tables in reception were not clean when I went to sit down.

We received a warm welcome at reception and check in was quick and efficient. Our room was ready at our arrival with everything we needed.

Staff was friendly, welcoming, and spoke perfect English. Conveniently located near the train station and within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, groceries and the city center. Room was clean and comfortable.
