We didn't realised that we needed to prebook parking. Maybe an oversight from us, but maybe could be clearer when booking

We loved the hotel, the location was perfect. It was immaculately clean, the staff very friendly and the room comfortable. We would have loved a balcony but that is just a nice to have. The pool was great - although ran out of towels when we were there.

Warm welcome by the team, close to the beach, nice room with large terrasse, calm and tidy. Breakfast was too crowded at peak times, but still well organised.

Breakfast buffet was very international without a “french touch”

Good location, friendly and service minded staff. Clean and modern. We were staying with 2 kids in a family room, which was very practical and spacious.

The communal area in the foyer/bar area was not particularly comfortable to sit in for very long.

The staff were particularly friendly attentive and helpful. Charlotte at the Reception desk helped immediately when we had a room booking problem. The evening bar man (we didn't know his name) was very attentive and friendly and seemed like he worked constantly as he served lunch in the top floor restaurant too and was very charming, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was spacious with a balcony and everything we needed for a very peaceful rest,/relaxation particularly air con was a bonus. A great feature was integrated water fountains on each floor corridor so we had a constant supply of still and sparkling chilled water. A wonderful sushi restaurant/take out in the foyer was open most afternoons and evenings and we had excellent and speedy service from.

The lighting in the bedroom was not the best, just white spotlight reading lights and main light - could have other warmer lamps.

Great location on the beachfront. Comfortable clean bedrooms with slippers, tea and coffee and cot provided, plus blackout curtains. Great to have pool and gym facilities. Breakfast was good buffet and evening meal at restaurant was also pretty good with a bistrot meets gastro feel. Restaurant views are great over the sea and we liked that it was in the building making it easier to get back with young child, plus the restaurant gave us a table with enough space for buggy. Car park was under works during our stay so we had to park on the street - think it was cheaper than hotel car park anyway. Overall very pleasant stay.

A bit expensive for what it was and my ocean view room was basically for a very small sliver of a view of the ocean.

We made the mistake of booking a suite. The room was lovely but very expensive considering the lack of service at the hotel. Just book a basic room. Breakfast is a buffet and no table service. Had to wait for the hot food to be replenished. My husband ate his before I got mine. No champagne in the room as promised. The view from the first floor suite isn’t great and directly over the entrance so noisy. See pic.
