The staff was amazing and the location was really good, very close to the Eiffel Tower and many amenities available around. The room was way better than we expected, very clean and they offered a free crib to our daughter that it was so sweet. We will definitely come back.

Rooms were smaller than what we are used to but the charm made up for it!

Location was awesome and near so many cute shops, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was nice - always quiet and well stocked when we were there. Staff was AMAZING! Very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were each unique and cutely decorated with their own vibe! We loved it!

You do have to maneuver a few steps to the elevator.

Very quaint and quiet. You can get wine, beer and soft drinks in the lobby to enjoy in your room.

There is nothing i didn t like. Just 2 points to note : - You need to climb some stairs before getting to the elevator but the nice guy at the entrance carried our suitcases. - The bathroom is quite small but it was not a surprise.

Super clean, nicely decorated, very kind and welcoming staff. It s an old building but there is air conditioning which is highly appreciated. Ideally located, just a few minutes walk from the trocadero / eiffel tower. Very good value for money at this location.

Nothing at all!

The Hotel is quaint and lovely, set in a peaceful and beautiful courtyard. It is very convenient to all of Paris and the wonderful sightseeing. The staff were beyond friendly. Rashid was extremely helpful with dinner reservations, transporation arrangements and alwaysoffered a welcoming smile at every interaction. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cute boutiques. The Hotel Villa Nicolo is the perfect place for a Paris getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nicolo, made truly memorable by Baptiste at the front desk, he was incredibly helpful, his personal touch and attentive service went above what we could have hoped for. The hotel is lovely, clean, very comfortable bed, and in a great location. If you are staying in Paris, we highly recommend this place.

Wonderful and friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable, slept like a baby. Also had a great view of the top of the Eiffel Tower! Everyone was so friendly and I loved the fragrant jasmine in the courtyard.

With the title "Tour Eiffel" and saying a "few steps" to the tower.,.. thought it WAS MUCH closer. Actually quite a hike. Since we thought it was close... it was why we booked here as we are Senior citizens. Should mention there are steps involved getting to the petite elevator and getting off the elevator to get to room. For older people and those who have very heavy luggage not easy. One morning, person on duty did not speak English well so hard to get what we were wanting in breakfast area. He worked at the front desk. Guessing person who was suppose to be organizing breakfast did not show up on time.
