Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JerseyFelt that the cleaning was slack - sanitary bags / tissues not topped up. Dirty cutlery was not removed immediately. Didn’t have a suitcase stand in the room, which is a very standard thing to have. No face towels provided, had to request these. Rooms are not soundproofed, could hear every conversation in the hallway (not good for people trying to sleep when others get in late). Bedroom itself was not well lit, didn’t matter in the day but evening wasn’t great for visibility. Shower shelf was hanging off the wall, couldn’t properly put items on it. I have previously stayed in another NH hotel in another country so had high hopes, sadly this hotel was not comparable with the standard I was expecting.
Located a stones throw away from the central tram, pool had good views, spacious room. Bathroom was sizeable and nice walk in shower.

United StatesWe were given 2 twin beds when I had requested a queen several times. I had to call down twice in the same night to request new towels and didnt get them so i had to go to reception myself. The rooftop pool is decent but has limited seating.
Location is an easy uber to city center. Restaurant and pool on roof is nice.

SwedenThe prizes in the roof top bar are extreme, 7.50 euro for 33cl coke zero... On the day we arrived we were promised to be able to check-in earlier, and they should text us when the first possible room was available, they didn't.. so we had to wait until 3.00 anyway.
Great hotel that has what you need, the roof top pool is excellent, we loved that we could stay at the pool on after check-out to spend our last day there. The hotel is not in the city centre, but the tram is so easy use and take you anywhere in Nice, we bought a 3-day ticket that included Monaco, and took the train there one day, only 25 minutes commute.

RomaniaI didn't like the comfort at all. I received a room at the end of the hallway, near the staff stairs and from this room I clearly heard every slap of the door to this staircase and every other noise from the hallway. The room wasn't soundproof at all. The floor in the room was very worn, with stains, and the curtains looked very cheap. Not a 4 stars hotel at all.
