Wow what a wonderful long weekend spent at the New Cottage in Honfleur from the warm welcome upon our arrival Eric and his family were fantastic hosts throughout our stay - a font of local knowledge - providing a bountiful breakfast each morning using lovely tasty local produce a great way to start our day after a good night's sleep in a very comfy bed and a lovely room. It was so sad to leave after such a fabulous break - Au revoire.

Exceptional in every way. Eric, his wife and their team run a stunning Guesthouse. The house and grounds are simply beautiful, the rooms are large , beautifully decorated and equipped. The location is perfect to discover Honfleur and surrounding areas, short walk to the centre or the beach and if you want to take it easy there is a fabulous nomad bus service close by. Eric was the perfect host, offers not just amazing friendly service but lots of information about the area to support with exploring as much as possible. There was a luxurious small pool/ spa tub and the breakfast was a feast for a king and queen, lots of choice and all homemade to your specific order. We loved our time at New Cottage and Spa and wish we had longer booked. 😍🙏

Wow this place was just gorgeous! Everything was decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean! Eric is a great host and couldn’t have been more helpful and is one of nicest people I have met! We were greeted with welcome drink of the local cider(absolutely delicious) while Eric gave us recommendations of restaurants out on the terrace. Eric gave us a free bottle of the cider as a gift which was so kind! Breakfast was delicious and so much choice it filled us for the day! Location was perfect! 100% recommend

It was perfection.

The location is wonderful— close to the village, but not too close. I had the illusion of being remote in the country-side but was a ten minute walk from he harbor.

New Cottage & Spa de Nage was a little oasis in a busy port. The accommodation, comfort and hospitality were excellent and Eric was a very attentive host. The location was quiet and peaceful. We greatly enjoyed our very short stay and the lovely breakfast set us up for our journey.

Eric welcomed us to this beautifully renovated guest house set on gorgeous grounds overlooking the Seine. He is a delightful storyteller who saw to our every need. His wife prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. New Cottage is within walking distance of downtown Honfleur. Highly recommended!

The property was quaint, unique, and full of character! I am a tall person, so it did present a couple of challenges with the asymmetrical room, layout, but I made it through fine. Also, the views from our room over the pool to the water were amazing.

We would like to thank Eric and his family for the awesome stay!! The cottage is a pure marvel, a charming norman house with a traditional character: the scenery, the furniture even the breakfast tableware (Bernardeaud Porcelaine), every detail is taken care of. All super clean and neat. The family is very nice. Eric is always smiling, very friendly and always ready to help. We will definitely return there and we highly recommend this place (taking into consideration that my wife is a very picky person). 10/10! Bravo Eric👍🏻👍🏻keep on going!

What a lovely place to stay. A great welcome with a drink whilst we waited for our room. The hosts were very accommodating and were able to share the history of the buildings and the area. The bedroom was modern and comfortable, with fabulous views over garden, pool and the estuary/beach. We stayed one night on the way to le Shuttle and it was pouring with rain but umbrellas were available and it was only a short 10 minute walk into the wonderful town of Hornfluer. The breakfast was amazing, you ordered the night before and it was cooked to order. So much food we didn't have time for the pancake course at breakfast, so they kindly wrapped them for us to take on our journey.Secure on site parking was helpful.
