How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There was no place in the pool to put your closes and towels, and you will not get extra towels for pool. In addition, the air condition is not controllable, and it is central.
The pool was great, and also the apartment was big and very comfy with kitchen. The stuff was very friendly.

The shower is open plan and as the drain didn't drain quick enough it caused some flooding. The swimming pool water wasn't too clean and as there are no staff manning the pool the other guests were very rowdy in the pool
Good location near the airport for an early morning flight.

Love the pool and the air conditioning during the heatwave. Everything we needed in the room. The sauna is really good and big and there’s a good gym with enough equipment for cardio

Although there is a boulangerie nearby, the nearest supermarket or restaurants of any kind would be a bit of a walk if you don't have a car.
Very comfortable Aparthotel with air con (which was much needed in a 40c heatwave) Secure parking, close to the airport, with easy access into the city by public transport. Lovely little swimming pool. .

I believe the hotel is well known international and is good to have some on the desk that can communicate with customers and it would be just French speaking receptionists on the desk. I know it is a French country .
The environment was very good and clean but the staff were not friendly maybe because of language barrier

Nothing.
Sauna works super well. Heated pool that is available all day was a treat. Easy connection to the center (bus + metro) Safe, free parking. Reception staff was very helpful and spoke fluent English, which was a good thing and not super common in France.

Not clean enough, no soap in any of the two soap dispensers and no hot water.. we were four people and couldn’t shower properly.
The location is great and there are good connections to the city center.

There is no restaurant open on Saturday and the supermarket is far off. If you travel to reach late it's a challenge to find food so you will order deliveroo or uber
As I was there for a night i can't say much however the atmosphere was great. Clean appartement, and good customer Experience. They are likewise organised

Pool area is tired, rooms bear, bed uncomfortably, miles from anywhere
We only stayed 1 night before our flight back to the uk,,,, it was okay,, clean room, cold pool, questionable electrical equipment!! Not the best location as a Taxi was €37 back to the airport and €30 into the centre to get food,,,, probably wouldn’t stay again

Bed was very uncomfortable and hard, there was four of us but only two pillows, we arrived after 8pm so no one was at reception. The pull out bed wasn’t prepared no blanket or pillows and only two towels on the second day we did manage to get an extra blanket and extra two towels from reception. Breakfast was very bad for 14€
Pool was good, and the sauna was very good and large,the room was big with a well stocked kitchenette and appliances.

It is impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone during their exceptionally extra large lunch breaks. Given the far location from town this forces you to carry your luggage in town for hours and find a different means of transportation to get back when you have a rental car to return. Being close to the airport is not a plus because they do not have a shuttle and no cab service. You need to call an Uber, and if you need to do that you might as well stay in the center of town.
The rooms are big and split in two, which gives you a feeling of being in a house. They were clean and have a lot of amenities.

Remember to bring your ground coffee!. However good priced coffee machine available in hotel
Pool sauna and gym really nice extras on a hot summer afternoon. Studio room quite spacious, all facilities clean

Hotel in general needs some refurbishment. Bad smell from the halls , swimming pool had so much chlorine it was burning my children's eyes, water in pool did not look very clean.

The sofa bed was terrible - really uncomfortable, the VMC in the living room was extremely noisy couldn’t turn it off. Other guests were very noisy in the night.
Big sauna, friendly staff, good location easy parking. Very spacious apartment. Nice breakfast
