The parking was on a piece of roadside waste ground at the top of an incredibly steep hill. Luckily, as I have mobility issues, I was able to park on the pavement at the side of the hotel to get my luggage in. I had my electric wheelchair with me otherwise I would not have been able to walk to or from my car. Breakfast was very basic. A croissant and half a baton with butter and spreads. I think there might have been yogurts and maybe some pre-packed cheese but I didn't explore those. Breakfast is also quite early if I remember rightly.

The hotel is well kept and quite elegant. The rooms are dated but comfortable and clean and they're en-suite too. The price of the rooms is very good and the location is fantastic. Hotel guests get the code to a lift/elevator directly across the road which takes people down to the street level below. A very short walk past the shops and you're in the Sanctuary at Lourdes - the location really can't be beaten for the price. The staff are friendly and helpful but definitely just there to do their job. The rooms are comfortable but don't expect any frills, I think the hotel mainly caters to actual pilgrims to Lourdes. If I remember rightly, check out is very strict and quite early. I had been planning to go to the Sanctuary for the 09:00 service but I wouldn't have made it back in time to get my luggage down and check out. Worth bearing in mind.

When I reserved the hotel at booking .com they were marked "breakfast included". After reserved the hotel, the hotel management said, "not included brakefast" if you don't want, you can cancel the booking. It's not fair and disappointed. But hotel was very clean, calm & near the church of lourdes. This was our 2nd stay in this hotel😊

The location is perfect and the room is clean although the whole hotel is old, and the breakfast as compared to the other hotels I've been is the worse. There was no savon, and the hair dryer was not working.

We only had breakfast once and the atmosphere was too cold. No staff around. Plates and cold bread, butter ready. Not appetising at all. No staff to assist. Everything is do it yourself.

Advertised with parking but car park was up the road and dimly lit, ended up parking in the street bays overnight which was free to be fair

Our lodging experience at the rooms in Lourdes was highly satisfactory. The hotel's proximity, just a 5-minute walk to the church, greatly facilitated our visit. The room itself was well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay, complemented by the warm and hospitable nature of the host. An inconvenience we encountered was the distance of the parking area, particularly challenging due to our late arrival. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive, characterized by a welcoming ambience, which contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. I would confidently recommend this accommodation to fellow travellers visiting Lourdes.

At the arrival I was upset to know that the hotel doesn't include dinner for single tourist, but just for groups. The previous experience I had great dinner

Room and hotel were a little dated, but very clean and servicable.

Hotel location was very close to the major religious sites at Lourdes, and free parking a short distance from the hotel was much appreciated to park our rental car.
