Aircon leaking on the first room told them about it but they only acted on it the day after which is our last night.

Ants in the room. Walls in the room are very thin, however, we did not hear the neighbours.

A/C, terrace, we could arrive late and did not have to check in at the reception desk, but the process of getting in was a bit complicated.

Old hotel. All old around and inside. Have to ask for cleaning on daily basis.

Beds are good. No complains. But if you need 2 single separated beds, have to ask staff to separe these before arrival. Otherwise will be a problem.

Too few sunbeds by the pool, some guests had no sunbed. The pool is opened at 10:30 - that's very late concerning the weather. Not possible to e.g. drink a beer or any other drink by the pool. Breakfast very poor. Was not a problem for me but it's not close to any beach.

Silent neighbourhood (no sounds of traffic) with a lot of cicade sound, nice swimming pool. Nice room and equipment and very helpful team. Perfect stay if you look for sunbathing by the pool or good spot for sightseeing around (highway is not far away).

Our favourite place in the area, we stayed there last year and we liked it so much we had to return and we weren't dissapointed. Fairly clean and well equipped, comfortable beds, clean and working air conditioning, we had a nice view, access to pool and gym, we had a lovely stay. Very impressed the staff spoke very good english and they were allways there to help, we absolutelly had a wanderful holiday and we will come back next year.

The hotel is located in an industrial area between warehouses and car dealerships. The air exchanger fan in the bathroom was running 0-24 which could be heard in the bedroom and disturbed our sleep. The furniture is heavily worn old, the curtains are torn and dirty, the bathroom wall is crumbling, we think the whole appartment we stayed in needs renovation.

The 2 bedroom villa had AC downstairs and only 1 bedroom upstairs, the 2nd room had no AC

The villa we had was very spacious and clean. Gym, sauna for free, swimming pool was cosy. I also recommend visiting Sanary port which's 10 minutes away by car and plage des sablettes which is 15 minutes away but worths seeing.

The only thing I would mention is one of the walls had a few marks and maybe needed a fresh coat of paint, but it never bothered us, there's other plus points that make up for it.

Absolutely perfect, we really enjoyed our time and we even extended our stay cancelling other plans. The staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, very well equipped with everything you'd need, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, good size bathroom, even the soap was really nice. Also, ample space for parking with well placed disabled parking bays, good size swimming pool, the rooms are very quiet and soundproof, air con worked well, very good value for money, we really loved it and we're not easy to impress.

The first apartment they gave us (number 1) was really bad. No curtains at the window so that the people parking could look inside the room. It was like being in a busy square, no privacy at all. The only option was to keep the blinds close all time. It was like being in a prison. The rooms were old, with dirty walls and had a bad smell. The apartment was a bit better but after a night in the first apartment the vacation was already of ruined. I don't know why they offer such a bad apartment...

After complaining the gentle lady at the reception could find a better apartament for the day after.

The shower wouldn't stay on the wall and fell quite dangerously on the first day. There was no outlook. It was functional.

Self contained, reasonable space and big bed. Nice swimming pool and paid for breakfasts (extra) were good. Location was good being only a five minute drive to the beach.
