Large bedroom and bathroom, great facilities including ski hire on site. Within walking distance of town but shuttle on tap for tired ski legs. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were great.

The only thing that could be improved is the pool temperature—it was a bit on the cold side. I was hoping it would be warmer to help relax my muscles after a day of skiing.

The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the slopes, and having ski equipment rentals on-site made things so much easier.

The view of standard room is a wall situated at 5-7 m distance. Rooms so noisy. You heard the noise from other rooms and the swimming pool machinery. Swimming pool not clean.

Breakfast ended a little too early at 10.00. Waitresses a little too eager to clear plates while people are still eating on the table.

The rooms don't have good sound insulation so it can get disturbing if you have noisy neighbors or kids around. The rooms didn't have a fridge which i need to store medicine however front desk was extremely helpful to have it stored in kitchen and easily summoned it any time I needed access to it.

We loved our stay in this hotel. From check-in to check-out the front desk team and entire hotel staff made our stay memorable and comfortable. The hotel has a ski shop which is really convenient. It also offers free shuttle service to anywhere in the town center and back to the hotel. The hotel has ski-in access. The spa was nice and dinner was really good.

Hotel claim to be ski in / ski out.. The hotel is close to a ski “slope”, but it’s very flat so you cannot just ski to the nearest lift. It involves a bit of work to get there. Same thing coming back to the hotel. We were expecting a bit easier access. The hotel does offer free transport to the lift.

The staff was exceptional nice and helpful. Nice pool and sauna at the hotel. Little ski-shop where you can rent skies in the basement.

Nothing. Beds were too hard initially but on telling the team I had a new topper added the following day that cured the problem.

Small intimate and immaculately run. Super helpful and friendly staff that were a pleasure to deal with. Shuttle bus was a huge plus. Rates 4 star but beats most 5 star hotels in my view!!

Staff were fantastic, really looked after a non-skier and made us feel very welcome. Rooms in the hotel very cosy and beautifully decorated. The spa area was lovely. It felt more like staying in a chalet with the benefits of a hotel.

No door on shower. Impossible to keep bathroom floor dry. I was there skiing. Closet space very limited for two people
