excellent location!! close to central train station and airport. friendly staff. Good breakfast. melchi torre of the restaurant friendly and happy to assist. thanks to daily housekeeping for keeping our room 3b always tidy with fresh towels. Ms. Yara of the reception assisted us for booking a taxi.

The carpets could do with a clean upon entering and the lift was awful. Only fits 3 people and one lift to service the full hotel was poor. We used the stairs the whole time even to the rooftop bar which was on the 7th floor

We stayed in a family room like a duplex apartment. It was very nice and spacious. Everyone has their own bed which is hard to find as a family of 5. There were 3 singles and a double.

Very minor but the shower had no door or lip so the water from the shower spread everywhere over the bathroom, we ended up having to use towels to try to stop it and have the shower pressure on low which was annoying.

Basic, clean room, comfortable beds, good air-conditioning, fantastic location near fruit& flower markets, lots of cafés & restaurants, and close to the libertè tram stop.

There was nothing I could say negative - it was a great hotel and location.

We had a wonderful room for 2 adults and 2 teens. There was a large king bed and upstairs there were 3 single beds. There was lots of storage space, a huge shower and sink area and separate toilet. Everything appeared very new. The airconditioning was very welcome out of the hot city. We were close to the train station for arrival and departure and the tram line was a few 100 m away which brought us down to the old town and the sea in approx 3 stops.

Everything was ok, except that you can hear everything around you. Its very noisy and you hear all the guest in the rooms around you.

The apartment has a lift so we didn't need to lug suitcases up flights of stairs. There was onsite parking, although you need to drive down the footpath to access it and, like most European parking, it's tight and takes lots of manoeuvering if you have a large SUV. The property is within walking distance of the beach and main tourist areas. There's a rooftop bar with interesting views of the surrounding area.

The only thing that we didnt like it much was the comfort room,coz the shower was separated from the toiler. It was a little uncomfortable.

The hotel was big enough for 4 persons. It was nice and clean, our bed was comfortable too . My kids enjoyed our stay even it was only 2 days. They like it so much. The location was perfect coz it was near on the center, restaurants, parking. Our breakfast was worth it, it was so good and delicious. The staffs were kind and hospitable, i really appreciated the staff that they spoken english better, fortunately.. we enjoyed our stay on this hotel☺️ and weve like it so much .

Very easy to access, as near the tram station. also not far away from the historic centre or the promenade or the train station. also very nice studio for 5, with a small kitchen and a living room.
