Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandOnly main downside, is the extremely late check-in time of 4pm (!!) but the staff thankfully gave many of us an early check-in, and would have allowed us to use their changing rooms and bagage storage while waiting if no rooms were available earlier.
Excellent service by the staff, accommodating our special needs and requests as much as they could. Clean, comfortable, and rather decently priced.

United Kingdom€10 for parking per day is crazy especially as their car park was only ever one third full during our stay, even in August. There is safe parking just outside, so it was not a big problem but it seems so unnecessary to charge for this.
Miura was super relaxing and the staff very helpful. The facilities were always available to us, especially the pool, spa, and gym despite the hotel being pretty full. The breakfast is excellent and highly recommended.

United KingdomJust a little niggle but for the price we paid for our 2 nights in a suite it feels pretty poor being charged €20 for a parking space. Also see comments regarding room servicing.
Stunning hotel in beautiful grounds. Our suite was lovely - really spacious and comfortable with great views of the grounds and excellent aircon. The bed was very comfortable, shutters were effective at blocking heat & light, there was a Nespresso coffee machine & pods, a kettle and a fridge with soft drinks included in the price. We received only 1 set of drinks on the first day though as housekeeping failed to refresh the room by our return well after 1pm and we had to ask for more coffee pods and milk - I assume these should have been refreshed along with the soft drinks. The pool area outside and pool & spa inside were lovely and I had a fantastic massage from a lovely young brunette lady whose name I didn't catch. Dinner on both evenings was fabulous, delicious food. Breakfast was equally good. Staff all round were really friendly & helpful.

We had a really nice stay with a beautiful view of mountains and greenery around! Staff at the hotel and restaurant were really friendly to us and to our dog. The spa was a great touch during our long hours drive from France to Germany. We hope to come back again to discover the nature around the area in the future. Highly suggesting the restaurant as well!

We stayed in a superior room with a terrace—stylish, spacious, and ideal for soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The hotel is wonderfully dog-friendly, which made our stay feel even more like home. The restaurant is excellent, the bar cozy and inviting, and the beautifully kept gardens are a real highlight. There’s also a small spa with massage treatments that perfectly complement the relaxing vibe of the hotel. A truly enjoyable and calming escape—highly recommended.
