Delphine and Francois were wonderful hosts and very welcoming. Travelling with a 6 month old isn’t easy, but both of them looked after us and ensured we had everything we needed from start to finish. The house itself is beautiful and clearly well looked after and filled with charm and love. Beautiful.

Everything. Delphine is a great host. I call it Mon Petit Chateau because basically it is. Breakfast was very good with all homemade jams,yogurt and fruit juice. Very well decorated throughout. Excellent.

Warm, welcoming, very helpful host. Beautifully decorated house, attractive bedroom and own adjoining sitting room with every comfort. Tea and waffles on arrival and generous breakfast. A very happy stay.

Really exceptional style, brings you at least a hundred years back to the past. Surrounded by nature. Very comfortable, silent, clean, loads of beautiful artworks and books. The hosts are always available, friendly and helpful. Private safe parking.

My partner would have preferred a bath but to be fair we forgot to request one.

We have been here last year and the hospitality on both occasions was excellent, the host organised a list of restaurants for us which were easy to find and spoke English which was of great help.

Nothing at all - it was perfect.

The very warm welcome when we arrived, the beautifully decorated rooms, the furnishings and linens, the fabulous breakfasts with homemade produce served in the stunning dining room. It was a privilege to share Delphine and Francois’ home, they couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. The beauty of the house was only surpassed by their attention to our every need.

Delphine made us feel very welcome in her home. The accommodation is a much-loved stately home, with every detail carefully considered and incrediblely thoughtful and beautiful interior design. Many of the pieces in the home are hand made by Delphine herself, who is a skilled and trained artist. The breakfast was delicious and a work of art. Every ingredient was meticulously selected for quality and some things (yogurt) were homemade. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit, Delphine. We hope to be back!

Great location. St Omer is a hidden gem and really worth exploring. The house is fabulous. Fantastic decor - Delphine and Francois have a great eye for colour, furnishing and details, everything chosen with great care and the best quality. Quirky, funky and delightful. Room with sitting room and bathroom was huge and spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too.

It was absolutely stunning! It’s a shame we had just been looking for somewhere to stay the night before the ferry, otherwise we would have stayed a few nights (will most certainly be staying longer next time)! Also such kind hosts who really ensured our stay was comfortable

We were absolutely blown away at how beautiful this gîte is and also how well we were looked after by the host, Delphine, who was so welcoming, kind and helpful. It is so spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We were also treated by the most delicious breakfast spread every day!

Everything. Welcome on arrival. Delphine and Francois were there to greet us. The house is amazing. The rooms, salon, bedroom, and bathroom we're superb. The breakfast was exceptional. Home-made organic products, yoghurt, honey, apple juice, jams (×3) granola. Organic fresh fruit. Pastries. Breakfast was taken in a lovely room overlooking the expansive garden.

Everything, it felt like stepping into some other, more beautiful life. The room (s) are comfortable, peaceful, and exquisitely arranged. Delphine is a wonderful host. Every detail was simply perfection. Breakfast was delicious, locally sourced and/or home-made.

It was stunning. There was so much space with a sitting room and such a large grand bedroom. Beautiful breakfast too and scones, homemade that morning were a lovely touch, as was the welcome coffee when we arrived. We will definitely return when we need a stopover near the tunnel again
