i would recommend the hotel to set up a few more sunbeds since there are only 4 available

the room was really not very good.

the location was ideal for the motorway. the hotel downstairs and outside was perfect and the food was amazing although a limited menu. the staff were excellent the room however was not great we were put into the side of the hotel that the rooms had not been done up and we had bare plaster on the walls and a tiny bath. would like to have seen a room that had been done up. we had a view of a external staircase not very pleasant.

The bed, the shower and the quiet.

Wifi was better in the common areas than in the room. I skipped breakfast and dinner in favor of local spots near by, as being in the hotel is not my idea of seeing the local region which I enjoy. The cocktail I had was well made, but over priced, knowing full well what a bottle of Frenet sells for in Europe. But it was good.

Room was a bit small. Metal lip on entrance to carpark is brutal to low cars. Be careful.

The standard double rooms were very small and dated. The carpet was filthy and very old and the bathroom floor was old and worn. There were also no coffee making facilities in the bedroom. The €20 euro breakfast was not good value for money as there was only one flask of coffee to share for the entire breakfast room, no coffee to order and a very limited range of food.

The garden was a lovely area to sit and relax with our dog and to get some light refreshments. The staff on the front desk were lovely.

No tea or coffee making facilities, no mini bar or fridge, no toiletries apart from shampoo and soap stuck on wall so you have to stand up every 2 minutes if you take a bath. No bath foam, conditioner or body lotion which for the price paid seems very mean. Just a cheap plastic shower cap and manicure kit" in photos Room dark and anonymous, no pictures for example of the region which would have been nice. Wardrobe too short for dresses.

We rang the bell at night after having made the reservation online from the car. Their information states 24h reception. Upon arrival with two small children (1 and 3 years old) in our car we rang the doorbell. They never came to us in person. Only communicated through the intercom that they would not accommodate us and they sent us away indicating that they would repay us. They also indicated that this happened to them more often with booking clients.

the staff are inflexible and make no attempt to adapt to guest request about construction dust and noise, the September 2024 addition of a swimming pool seems obsolete when the labyrinthine entrance area ,room access and stairs , room ,carpets, plumbing , room freshness are inadequate .

the food is expert and fine , the hotel does not compliment this standard with rooms and staff , only stop for dinner .
