Could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Room was much plainer than expected from the photos, but ok.

Convenient location close to the metro. Beds were comfortable.

As a solo traveller.. I have no complains. 1) The staffs were very helpful and kind "Thumbs Up" 2) The location is very central and I have no problem going to the venue Palais des Congres de Paris from Magenta. 3) Walking distant to Gare de Nord... convenient for Travellers taking the Eurostar trains 4) Plenty of Halal foods restuarants in the vicinity of the Hotel 5) Although I was asked to be extra careful especially at night, I did not experience any problem infact the people in the street are very helpful when I asked for directions to and from the Hotel. 6) I would certianly stay in this hotel if I have a chance to visit Paris in the future!

I guess for the price I paid, it was value for money.... like most Budget Hotel -,,, tge single room is a bit small, I like that the toilet and bathroom are seperated.

A bit of a bad smell coming from the air vents in the room from time to time.

Friendly, helpful staff. Simple, clean room. Near the train station.

The location is not safe for women travelling alone. You will need to use taxi to go out, don't walk alone ate night.

The hotel is clean and organized.

The room was extremely small and the hotel isn't in the best of areas. Also, breakfast costs 12 euros which is really expensive!

The room was extremely affordable which I liked. Also, it was quite near to the centre of Paris and attractions. I would definitely stay here again. The bathroom was pretty nice but small.

Really very friendly staff! Thanks a lot! Simple but comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay. Super close to the Gare de l'Est or Gare du Nord if you need to catch a train there.

After the room cleaning, my pajama t-shirt disappeared. Probably it was mistakenly taken with the bed sheets that were replaced, considering that it was white, too. It's not a big loss, but it was a bit annoying that, when I asked the cleaning lady if she saw my t-shirt, she replied with a convinced "no", without even checking in the dirty sheets. I have been in many hotels, but this is my first time that something disappeared after the room cleaning...

Good hotel. Reception always open, 24 hours a day. They make a valuable effort to speak English (not so obvious in Paris) and it's quite good and understandable.

The location close to Gard du Nord was great. I had a pleasant stay, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful ensuite shower and fantastically comfortable bed, fan TV and safe, what more would you want. And excellent value for money.

Nothing wrong about it, good balance quality-price. It was standard and clean. The borough is multicultural and with a good position. For me it was nice, without any problem, but I stayed only one night

The WIFI was not good at all. My phone couldn’t connect at all and it sucked up all my data. Also the TV screen didn’t turn off. I would turn it off and then it would come back on automatically.

The room was Constable and clean. It was also easy to get to the train station and around Paris.

The area of the hotel. Easy transportation but weird people at the end of road which makes it a little bit shady.

It was a nice stay despite no air con. There was a fan though.

The area is very unsafe, I was groped and sexual assaulted by the men lingering around both the Main Street and the side street, which are unavoidable due to the station distance. On one occasion a man bumped into me on purpose and grabbed my inner thigh, before I had to hit him. Both day and night time, especially for solo female travellers.

The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom area as well, the staff were friendly, and I felt safe inside the building.

    Ok hotel, very sketchy area

As a female solo traveller, the most important thing- the area is insanely sketchy and the 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord to the hotel is bad but the metro station that’s like 3 minutes away is even worse to be absolutely avoided. There are sketchy men on the street outside the station and in the garden around it trying to sell cigarettes and crowding the area so it’s difficult to pass. Honestly, a horrific experience trying to get to and from the hotel. The bathroom is old and overused and the walls too. My window was directly facing into someone else’s room across a tiny courtyard.

Receptionists were very nice and accommodating. There’s always someone at reception to unlock the front door. The room was overall ok. My room overlooked roofs which was gorgeous to watch sunset. The bed and wardrobe are relatively new-ish

The area at night has no late shop and is a bit rougher. Not for a first visit to Paris or romantic honeymoon trip.

The staff was very friendly and 24h present. The bedding and pillow was good quality. The room was newly renovated. Luggage storage was no problem and easy.

Obviously not the smartest arrondissement in Paris. Lots of busy street activities I couldn't understand.

Convenient location for Gare du Nord and La Chapelle metro. Hotel in quiet side street.

Wish they had a little folder for any quarries how to use telly or information on the area for tourist would be great help like in most hotels. The area isn’t the most friendliest but someone always on the door to let people in and out which felt a bit more safer.

Hotel was close to metro which you could hop on and get to any of main places in Paris. Very close to main station to get easy to the airport. Room size was nice as I spent most time out and about and was cleanish room and staff were friendly enough. But it’s all you really need bed and bathroom.
