How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The air con was rubbish, couldn’t sleep as was too hot and when I asked the staff about it they told me to turn the temperature up 🤔 needless to say it didn’t work.
Good position, like the small pool and the outside area was nice.

We were upgraded to a very comfortable room that included a kitchen and a lounge. The location is excellent bang in the centre of Toulouse.

Great city centre hotel if you want to explore Toulouse. We stayed there when it was 40 degrees and the aircon was much appreciated. The roof top pool is nice although not big but a treat in a city centre. Breakfast was more than adequate.

there is no elevator that reaches street level. Although it’s just a short flight of stairs, carrying luggage up and down can be inconvenient. Using the lift for people with disabilities is an option, but it’s not very practical for everyone.
The hotel is right in the city center, which makes it very convenient for exploring. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality. One downside was the extra charge for bringing a dog — it seemed a bit too high. Unfortunately, due to the central location, we did come across some people in the area who seemed a bit sketchy. Of course, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s something to be aware of.

The pool is extremely small and had lots of kids in it - we didn't want to get in as we thought it would be dirty. The area by the pool is really small. The bar didn't open until 4pm - we wanted a drink before that.
Loved the room, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The lobby area is really lovely. The staff are extremely helpful.

There is a great lack of any ventilation - at least the possibility of opening the ventilation space / position would be enough. The air in the room is musty unfortunately. The refrigerator illuminated the entire room at night and does not allow for good relaxation.
Pleasant accommodation just in the city centre - in the quiet quiet part. We really appreciated the pleasant and helpful staff, who helped us secure a secure parking space and advised us on everything. Thank you! Rich and fresh breakfast, comfortable beds :-D We didn't have time to use the pool due to opening hours unfortunately.

Great central location for exploring Toulouse. Hotel rooms small but functional. It was very hot during our stay and the air con struggled to keep the room cool but overall would recommend as a great base for Toulouse sightseeing.

Parking, we had a roofbox on our car which exceeded the height restrictions of the carparks. It was difficult to find street parking( not the hotels fault!)

The decor in the rooms and corridors was maybe a little dated and/or basic. But clean and well maintained, just not luxe. The common areas were higher spec.
The room size was great and it was handy to have a little kitchenette and dining table. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good - a little expensive on the face of it but great value for money for us as kids are free. The location was excellent. The kids loved the little children's area in the reception and the pool was a must in the heat.
