The car parking as advertised the hotel has , is by pre booking only of which we were unaware , no notification of that on booking . Also a 1.8 m height restriction which is also not advertised , so could not have got in anyway , huge open car park 500 m away , not over expensive, but felt vulnerable leaving the car there.

The carpet in our room needed a shampoo. The coffee cups were paper cups instead of China ones. There was a hole in the wall which we reported to the staff.

Location next to the sandy beach, Room had air-conditioning and a balcony. The towels and bedding were clean.

Coffee and tea supplied , but no milk. I was told this was only for certain rooms. Pity, I could not have my morning cup of tea. Would be good if hôtel guests who pay 20 euros for use of the pool' were allowed more options for using the pool.

The only minus was that the one of the bed in the room was maybe broken or old, I don't know, but the noise of it was awful. The other one was very comfortable.

The hotel itself, the room is standart, not small at all, the restorant is very nice and the chef menu was great, the personnel on the reception was kind. I did not use the spa.

I didn’t like that when we checked in and immediately informed them that our phone was broken, they were indifferent about it. It’s hard ordering room service without a phone!

Loved the spa! The food was mediocre, our phone didn’t work, and our bathtub was dirty.

They need to learn how to make a bed, I had to fix the sheets again as they came loose in the night. Not tucked in at the top at all.

The smoking in the apartment below which wafted up into our room and balcony . Only paper cups for tea and coffee.

The fact the receptionist upgraded us to sea view and was so accommodating when we arrived so late at night . The fact there was a fridge was so helpful.

The spa was too busy and opening times for guests are too restricted. Too many rules. Access to the delapidated underground car park far too complicated.

We were not allowed even in the pool area with loose swimming shorts and the shops were closed so on a hot day we could not use the pool. Building is poorly maintained and our reservation was messed up and staff were not good at fixing the problem

We were not even allowed in the pool area with swimming shorts, we had to buy lycra swimmers and the shop was closed. Building is in a poor state, bar was closed staff were helpful after some big mess ups. Checking in was a nightmare. Lucky to be 3 star Drinks onbtbe beach were very expensive

Pool we could not even enter the pool area with shorts. We had to buy mini lycra swimers but the shop was closed. NO SWIMMING. Building needs repair and maintenance everywhere. The staff were very unhelpful at first but warmed a bit. Parking is not good. Messed up our groups rooms. Just a very unpleasant stay.

This is a tired hotel, lacks maintenance, and lacks any management. It smells and is dirty. The lifts didn't work the 3 nights we stayed here, friends of ours were stuck in the lift. Staff in the breakfast area were next to the ringing phone for room service, sniggered to each other, and ignored the ringing phone. Pool rules are ridiculous. We had to buy different men's bathing costumes, which I could probably understand if it was in line with the rest of the hotel!! Staff all seem unmotivated and slovenly. It is best to avoid and look at other options in the area.

The location was central to most restaurants, the beach and the bus routes.

External areas were a bit lacking in maintenance, crumbling render from walls just left in piles on pathways, inside was quite up together and clean

Access was easy especially with my mobility issues and my use of a mobility scooter. Staff were very thoughtful.

Only thing that let it down was a bunch of ridiculously loud Italian women constantly knocking on each other's doors and insisting on having very loud conversations in the corridor even at 1am but this isn't the fault of the hotel

Room was amazing with balcony and view over marina, bit strange having to pay a deposit on arrival even though room was paid up front but it was reimbursed on departure.
