Air conditioning didn't work Poor tea and coffee facilities - pod machine with no pods, paper cups, limited number of drinks, one tea bag, and 2 sachets of coffee. Should be much better for cost of hotel. The car park is absolutely awful, so tight and difficult to get in and out of. It is underground and really poorly laid out. It is very easy to damage your car. I wouldn't park there again.

The man who checked us in was absolutely amazing. He spoke good English and helped us out with the local area, trains, and some paperwork we needed. The room was nice and spacious. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The windows have vent holes which are always open. My room was facing the square and a couple of times I was woken up by loud noises from the outside. Not a deal-breaker though. The thick curtains helped somewhat.

I quite liked the generous and varied breakfast. There were tasty choices every time, definitely worth it. The location is superb - right next to bus and rail transport and only a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops and entertainment. On a personal note, I had booked a separate twin room on one of the nights, as all the doubles were unavailable on that date. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival when I was told I could keep the same (double) room for the whole duration of my stay. The staff went the extra mile and I really appreciate it.

Consider using public parking if you arrive with a car. The garage is really narrow and it is difficult to maneuver in and out with a bigger car. Thanks to the hotel which shared the info upfront.

NIce hotel at the edge of city. Close to the train station which allows fast travel right into the heart of Paris. Rooms are nice and clean and service is excellent. It also has some nice restaurants and bars in the area.

All good but breakfast didn't always have all items each day (a very minor issue). Ask for a room which doesn't have a connecting door (there is the odd one on a floor) as there was quite a bit of noise from the adjoining room.

Hotel was right beside the station and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to take my bike into the room, and other cyclists in the hotel had a dedicated area in the car park (it was for PBP). Breakfast was very nice.

Our room had a bath and a shower head but not at a normal shower height which was odd. The parking is very tight and the staff weren't lying. I got in and have a modern Nissan Qashqai but it was definitely very very tight and you'll need skills to make it work 😉 There was a sign about renovations ongoing which is fine but they started banging around between 0800 & 0830 on Saturday morning when three of us were still sleeping.

We had adjoining rooms which was a nice touch and both a kettle and fridge which was handy. Check in and out was easy too and the staff were great.

Parking is very narrow and difficult to park more than 3-4 cars at same time. Breakfast some breads are so hard on second day not sure if all of them are fresh.

The staff was simply extraordinary. The guy at the reception was incredibly nice and helped me and my parents with everything we asked. Also the communication with the hotel during booking and after that was great. Totally recommend and I'll stay here next time I'll be in the area

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is quite convenient and the rooms are good. The hoteliers were really nice and helpful. Not a single complaing. I love the red carpets in the hall.
