Comfortable room, good breakfast and very good attention of the staff. The hotel is near the train station and metro lines, there are several restaurants near too.

The location of the hotel is quite central and it is walking distance to all the nice spots in the neighborhood. The rooms were well-equipped, clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was dated and the towels are small. Basics, like shower gel, are provided, but there were no nice extras like a shower cap, body lotion, etc.

Fabulous location with a great range of places to eat and drink right on the doorstep. It is just a short walk to the métro and train station too.

Easy access to metro, to food, to commercial centre. The hotel was very comfortable. Good cleaners, staff, good breakfast. We would love to stay here again.. my kids enjoyed their stay

The location is just perfect . But at the same time - requesting the Mercure team to google map this hotel more better. There are 3 Mercure in same area and the cab guys take time to find this location. The street is just brilliant at night for food options and just sitting out with a drink !

It was all good.

I arrived after an incredibly long journey, nearly 3 hours late after a Eurostar break down, and didn't expect to find the restaurant still open, but it was. The young staff members were friendly and helpful. Lovely room on the top floor and very good size compared to other Paris hotels I've stayed in. Great bed and shower and fan for a very humid night which meant I slept well.

For the time we were there, only one lift working. Breakfast was good overall but I kindly asked for a cheese omelette for my kid and they said “can’t do it, you get just what you get”. Completely inappropriate. I also forgot some clothes in the room and I did get them back, but it was very uncomfortable. They didn’t return calls, I asked some friends to pick them up and they made them wait in the reception for 1h before telling them the stuff was locked in the manager office and they couldn’t get it. Finally, they made it work and I appreciate that, but they could improve their customer service.

Our original room was very small with a lovely view but a bathroom that wasn’t up to 4 star standard & no mini bar or coffee maker. We complained & were moved. It is a pity we had to do this but staff moved us to a better room with all the facilities listed in our booking. However, on the last day a piece of the ceiling in the bathroom fell down & narrowly missed my partner’s head. More housekeeping needed I feel!

The hotel is in an excellent location for bars & restaurants. Our second room was a good size but originally we were given a smaller room. We asked to be moved due to the lack of facilities in the first room. Staff were efficient & polite about this. We didn’t have breakfast but the hotel bar was great & the hotel rooms have been refurbished to a good standard.
