How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Do be aware that the hotel is in a very industrial (not so nice) area, which is to be expected being right near the airport. On arriving, the exterior of the building looks a bit sad, and there is nothing nearby that you would want to walk to to eat or do errands (plan on using hotel amenities for a short stay). One of the 2 elevators was out of order, which if busy, could have made checking out harder, but luckily the hotel wasn't too busy when we were there.
The family room with bunk beds was spacious, clean, and incredibly quiet. I couldn't hear the least noise from the airport, cars, or even any guests. The interior was very nice and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant on the top (15th) floor, which was very convenient, and had good food at very reasonable prices. The short drive to Orly airport was the main reason we booked there, but the stay itself was very good!

The hotel looks outdated, although clean and well kept.
Location is only good if you need to be close to the airport. There's a good restaurant within a walking distance.

The room was pretty cold (badly insulated + cold weather). Air conditioning was insufficient to keep the room at desired temperature and very noisy.

The menus at the restaurant were only in French. That's fine as it is the language but it is quite close to the airport so maybe consider English subtitles thank you. The staff at the restaurant however gave exceptional service.
The views are amazing. Very close to the airport. The staff was amazing. Bed so comfy I overslept and almost missed my flight. It was a very pleasant stay.

The perfect hotel for our travels incl. cat; right next to blv Périphérique, parking, room service and friendly staff. Room is quiet and clean. We’ve stayed multiple times and will remain to do so.

When we arrived (half an hour before the closing of the restaurant) the staff told us it was better to order room service because in half an hour it wasn't possible to us ha ve lunch - it seemed to me they didn't want to have new service in the last half an hour, I really didn't appreciate it.
The two girls at the reception during the night service were kind, professional and lovely! Unfortunately I don't know her names (one wears glasses and the other one has pink/blond hair).

The bathroom sink has little space between the tap and the wash basin, that´s not convenient and anti-hygienic. The bathtub was not very big, for a tall person, it can be difficult to shower.
The parking is very convenient and there is a shuttle to the Orly airport for free every 40 ~ 60 minutes. There aren´t many restaurants on a walking distance from the hotel, hence it is best to plan your stay and how to move around the area. The hotel offers room service. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom and toilet was also clean. The breakfast is good and the variety of food is OK.

Price was a little high but I had to book it last minute due to my flight being cancelled as a result of French transport strikes.
Great place for an overnight stay close to the airport. There was a free shuttle that takes you from/to Orly which is very convenient. The rooms are quiet, clean, and have everything you may need for a short stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Like everything in France, it’s overpriced.
