We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Most beautiful little „Maison d‘hôte“ — a great place, with amazing food, beautiful room and with great hosts. We felt right at home! The Japanese inspired rooms are very beautiful, with cosy beds and a large and great shower! Lots of natural light, you feel at home right away. Outside the room there is a cozy shared living room with a fridge with free drinks, mostly homemade, a coffee machine and tea — everything you need for drinks. Outside there is a small private terrasse. The pool is shared with the other room. There are only two rooms in the „Mas de Kyoto“. All drinks and food have been wonderful. From homemade lemonades, to Japanese cocktails, to iced-tea, matcha latte and so on. The breakfast has been divine, a mix of French and Japanese with many things to choose from, freshly prepared every day. If you like you can have dinner in the evening too, with a homemade Japanese dinner - 3 courses. It is very amazing. This place is a true gem, by the most kind hosts! Can only recommend.

United KingdomNothing, the stay was outstanding. There is not too much to do in Dions but if you’re looking for a stay to unwind and relax this is the place.
We had the most amazing stay here. The hosts are brilliant and accommodating, the place itself is beautiful and rooms well presented and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and lovely. We also had dinner cooked by the host on our last night which was outstanding. Would recommend a stay here to anyone, the place is around halfway between Nimês and Uzès, Dions itself is a sleepy French village which is extremely quiet.

"Mas de Kyoto"....the find of the year for us... we were in great need of peace and quiet and a relaxed stay somewhere under the sun and found it in the little hamlet of Dions. Not far from Uzes and Nimes. The first thing one experiences getting out of the car after a lenghty drive is the "Sound of silence " at this lovely Mas situated next to a Forest and engulfed with the scents of Southern France. Then you meet the lovely hostess Kaho with....SHINO a rather brilliant playfull and enigmatic pure white Labrador.. we all became instant friends. The surroundings are simply lovely and the rooms are comparable. Classy peacefull rooms which have clearly been measured out to everybodies needs , sublime beds , airco , great showers and a view of the forest and superb swimmingpool dished out with sunbeds and umbrella's , topclass. Breakfast is also superb , and chosen from a shortlist , fruit , everything is handpicked and prepared with care to your requirements. We always ate outside gazing at the surroundings. A stay around the pool is a lovely time with a cocktail or homemade ice tea on your table. The first evening Kaho showed us her skills of cooking a lovely Japanese tinted meal, with a great local wine. Little snacks are also possible. This is a Home from home and thats why this is the reason of writing this review from the heart and not on a businesslike manner. If possible I would like to give a score of 15/10 :)

We absolutely loved our stay with Kaho in the French countryside. The room is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable with a gorgeous lounge room available to use as well. Breakfast served everyday on the terrace by the pool was just such a treat. If you have the opportunity to try her Japanese dinner set we would highly recommend it, it’s been the best meal we’ve had in France 🧡 we used the pool and loungers everyday and had a yummy cocktail too. Loved the whole experience and meeting Shiro the dog was a bonus. Thank you so much Kaho for making it amazing 🙏🩷
