Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainSome breakfast items ran out quite fast and should be replenished faster. Also, we were not impressed at all by the coffee. The room faced a relatively quiet street but occasional noise; it was okay for us but it might a problem for people who have trouble sleeping.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities were accessible and easy to navigate, and the room was clean. The building seemed a bit old and could use some remodeling. It was fine for our type of trip but it won't impress anyone :D

Friendly staff on check-in, knowledge recommended good restaurants around the hotel. Comfortable beds, great location. When we requested a fan for the room due to the air con being switched off for this time of year, the receptionist happily assisted. Breakfast was good.

FranceBreakfast is extremely basic, other than pastry, you just have ham, cheese and some yogurt available.
It’s a 15 20 minutes walk to Velodrome, if this is what you are looking for, we were there for a game. The neighbourhood is a little weird, there are some homeless people walking around and I have not seen a lot of restaurants nearby, so if you want to explore the city I suggest staying someplace else, or else you need to take the metro. Staff at reception speaks English and are nice. Room is a little outdated, but it’s very clean and bed is very comfortable.
