The food was excellent and superb value for money.

Staff were fantastic. Multi lingual so were there to support in every way. The pool was cold but other than that everything was perfect.

The only drawback was the shower head, which wasn’t working properly and made showering a bit difficult. Otherwise, it was quiet at night and overall a great stay.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay overall. The beds and pillows were great, the room was spacious with a large window, and the air conditioning worked well. The rooms and bedding were clean, and we really appreciated the coffee/tea facilities, daily replenished coffee machine, and the inroom safe. The garden with swimming pool, lounge, and activities for all ages made the stay even better. The staff were friendly, and the 24hrs front desk was very convenient. Parking was ample and free of charge, and the location was close to the train station and supermarkets/ shopping mall. There was also a drinking water dispenser, and the large TV was a nice touch.

The beds were very uncomfortable

A much better hotel than what was expected. Gorgeous smell and clean and tidy. We had a problem with our room and was immediately upgraded without a grumble.

We arrived early & were able to check straight into our room. The receptionist was very friendly & showed us us the way. The rooms were cleaned daily & the house keeping staff do an excellent job keeping the hotel spotless. Breakfast was good. However I felt it was missing baked beans off the menu. Pool was clean but water was so cold. Kids loved it though! Nothing other than 2 restaurants walking distance (pizza restaurant was so good)literally in the middle of an industrial estate so no local shops. The hotel is 20 minutes away from airport & 15 minutes away from Disney & About 40-50 minutes away from main Paris. We had a very pleasant stay & thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Swimming pool probably not a lot the choice where to build and is in a place where is in the shadow from buildings and in the morning water very cold. Needed a warming system.

we arrived to the hotel and it was 39 degrees ourside.. the room air-conditioning was very bad and the room wasn't cold..we had hard time to sleep because of the air-conditioning

this is my fifth time to come to this hotel.. breakfast was good.. staff was very friendly and cooperative

Bar area being refurbished so makeshift bar wasn’t great. Also wasn’t pleased that around 200 police officers with guns were staying at the same time as families with children. This should have been made clear earlier.

Bit out-dated, and no air exhaust in the toilet. The main reception was closed, had to go thru side doors, it had no ramp only stairs so it was really difficult to bring the bags up onto the hotel floor

I could not swim outside due to weather . Indoor swimming pool would have been ideal.

Check-in was done in no time by Asian receptionist, she was so professional and lovely throughout. All other receptionist were very good. House keeper were brilliant but I had no cash remaining so I could not live any tips for them.

Remote location ( although for us was not an issue as we travelled by car)

Clean and comfortable hotel! Good breakfast! Close to Disneyland and good access to Paris. Staff were friendly and accommodating.We did the check in online, which was great as it smoothed the process after a long drive. I can’t fault it and will definitely choose it again next time we visit Disneyland.

Second time staying here. Perfect place to stay near to disneyland with the kids. There's a good restaurant on site and also 2 great Pizza and American restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel.

Location might be tricky to reach if not going by car

Christmas decorations were fantastic - the kids loved it! Hotel was spacious, bright, clean and the staff were friendly.
