All was perfect!Very nice areea where is the apartment located.All was clean .Verynice rooms-quiet perfect for relaxation after 2 days of Disneyland. Mr.Vincent very helpfull and help us . Thebus station was near the apartment so perfect. 5 minutes to arrive at Disneyland! Amazing location! Bravo!!!

Four adults stayed in this 2 storey apartment for a 9 night trip to the Olympics, Disneyland Paris & sightseeing. The communication upon booking, in the months leading up to our trip & during our stay was absolutely excellent. Vincent is the most proactive & helpful host I’ve ever experienced. From suggestions on travel options, places to visit & basically anything else you might need, Vincent was very quick to respond via WhatsApp. As ours was a longer stay he even arranged for the housekeeper to change the bedding & towels and clean midway through our trip. The apartment is in fantastic location for public transport links. The number 2234 bus stop is virtually opposite the apartment & takes you into Serris and the main bus terminal at Val D’Europe in 10 minutes. Next to the bus terminal is Val D’Europe train station on route RER A. In one direction you are at the gates of Disneyland in about 5-10 minutes and the other direction takes you towards central Paris with connections to other RER routes. An Uber from town back to the apartment cost €12. Number 2231 bus from the apartment takes you straight to Disneyland in about 15 minutes. The apartment is in a residential area and offers a well equipped kitchen (induction stovetop with separate small electric counter top oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine & also a balcony area), one double and one twin bedroom (lovely comfy firm beds), bathroom (with powerful & hot walk-in shower, small bath and washing machine), lounge/diner (with seating, dining table, small TV & an outdoor balcony). There is also a separate downstairs toilet and of course the required WiFi! Eating & shopping in Serris is plentiful with the huge ‘Val D’Europe’ indoor shopping centre with restaurants, ‘La Vallée Village’ outdoor designer outlet & lovely square ‘Place de Toscane’ with a selection of restaurants.

The host was very easily accessible and had thought of all practical details. Everything was there in the kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, ...). I even thought there was a washing machine in the bathroom. Easily accessible by car. Free parking nearby. Our compliments. We will definitely come back here.

Poor sighting of residence, may be inconvenient to climb stairs especially with families with young kids and elderly.

The host is very responsive by constantly checking in to provide utmost comfort during our stay. Additionally, he pro-actively provides relevant information such as directions to navigate around the area. The apartment is spacious and clean. The bus stop is just next to the apartment.

There wasn't anything not to like.

The whole apartment is beautiful. Such a great location for Disneyland with a bus stop just outside of the property which gets you to Disneyland in less than 10mins. Nice quiet area. Val De Europe shopping mall is a 15min walk away, which has a supermarket there and a train station which also takes you to Disneyland or into Paris city. The hosts were fantastic, full of helpful information and always available if needed. Perfect for families. We will be back.

The owner, Vincent, was very friendly, considerate and helpfull. He was always an App of phone call away. Would stay here again for sure. We liked the location. Neigbourhood is very quiet and safe. Perfect for a family. Appartment gives you a very ‘home’ like vibe and feeling.

The charming apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you can think of. Gives a feeling of a home away from home. Great location for Disney. The bus to Disney stops just under the apartment and runs frequently. Above all the heart-warming hospitality of Vincent and Fernanda who were in constant contact with us throughout our stay, took care of us and helped us with everything. I loved everything.

The apartment looked very nice and very is very modern looking. The apartment has everything you will need from cutlery, plates, coffee, tea, face wash (different types), body wash, shower gel, hairdryers literally everything you need! Perfect! It is also very spacious and homeless. Parking is right outside aswell and bus is right on your door step too. To disneyland it is a 10 min bus route will definitely come back to stay here in the future. The host was also exceptional the communication with Vincent during the entire trip was excellent he helped us a lot and provided lots of information and checked in to ask for any help the whole time too which is 10/10 customer service. Thank you Vincent!🤩

The apartment was first floor and we had to carry cases up an outdoor staircase. The most disappointing thing was the lack of access to grocery shops and restaurants from the apartment. It required a bus or taxi each time we needed milk/bread/ groceries or to eat out. We had travelled by Eurostar with 2 grandchildren and didn’t have our own car so using taxis to get food was expensive. I raised this with the host who explained that the nearest shop was within walking distance but it was closed while we were there.

The apartment was clean, modern and well appointed. It had everything we needed for a short stay and was very close to the bus stop for eurodisney . The surrounding residential area was very nice and quiet.
