Shutters didnot work so sun shine was very bright at 7 am right into my eyes. Could have done with heavier curtains or blind.

Reception staff were not friendly and welcoming upon arrival and tried to charge us twice for breakfast. We paid online for our room, however they insisted that we provided a credit card when checking in, which was not made clear when booking, this created a problem as all payment methods were on our phones. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Free parking can be booked with the hotel, which we were told at check-in, but no spaces were currently available during our stay as they had to be pre booked. Something to keep in mind for future bookings. Public parking is very close by on the sea front.

Beautifully located on the French coast overlooking the sea, with a choice of dog friendly restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was clean and comfortable, with a plentiful breakfast.

It's a very small room with a toilet and I think that if the door there opened not inward, but outward, or if it was sliding to the side, it would have solved this issue, as it was a bit difficult to get in and out.

Great hotel. Check-in was quick. The room was beautiful, clean, stylish. The view from the window is simply fabulous. Comfortable beds and clean nice bed linens. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel was quiet, we were not disturbed by any noise. Of course, very close to the sea and various bars.

Shower was a bit dated but did the job; not a major issue.

Location is perfect for everything you need in Canet. Beachfront hotel near to many restaurants, shops, etc. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, decent size, great balcony on the seafront. Would ceertainly stay here again.

The spa needs investment and there needs to be a beach shower installed in front of the entrance.

Lovely establishment very centrally located. Staff very helpful (especially Javier) and attentive to every request. I kept thinking that with little bit of investment this establishment could easily be 4 star.

The facility needs renovations and doesn't live up to the expectation and prices. Furthermore, the pool wasn't hot to the point it's comfortable to stay in it. Finally, the hotel does not have its own parking when the description says they do!

It was worse than horrible : it smells… dirty…we hear everything … the balcony was under construction… no plug in the bath…but the thing that scared me to dead is the wire of the radiator in the sauna… There was a dangerous exposed wire in the sauna that sparked from the water, I had to run out of the sauna and now I’m traumatised, the reception said he was not a technician to understand that…

For the amount of money paid für 2 nights, 445€, I was rather vexed at paying an extra 16€ für breakfast. Should have been included in the price of the room. Basic bedroom, no tea making facilities, not even complimentary water. Mini bar was empty. Never seen that before. Balcony furniture and air con unit has seen better days. Last day of stay the outside shutter had broke. Couldn’t access the balcony. To be fair the hotel had knocked a day off the parking. Only decent thing was the comfy beds.
