Fabulous old Manor House lovingly restored by Julienne and Aurélia. They were great hosts, made us feel really at home and helped with bookings, recommendations etc Everything was top quality and thoughtfully done. Lots of original art and books for us to look at

Our bedroom was quite dark. Possibly because of the painted ceiling which is protected from light?

We had a great stay at Manoir de Laroque Delprat. Our hosts Aurelia and Julien did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, telling us about the building itself, recommending a good local restaurant and a great chateau to visit nearby. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished with a lovely concealed bathroom.

Very nice - idyllic place with cute dogs! Daily housekeeping is a plus!

The rooms were a bit darker than expected. The pool was great but can be cleaned more regularly to remove the earth.

We highly recommend this wonderful historical place , well renovated keeping its authenticity. The owners are very kind and helpful, they gladly shared places to visit during our stay, and they took the time to show the most historical spots inside the building and their history. Sauna is great and it has an amazing view on the mountain behind. The manoir is in the middle of one of the most beautiful villages of the area and closed to very beautiful hikes.

A stunning conversion of a late medieval manor house, managed with love and enthusiasm by the charming Aurelia and Julian. It's a spectacular and grand property in what is definitely one of the most beautiful villages in the region, and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. All the rooms have stunning features and decoration, either original or appropriate to the period, and Julian is an excellent guide to the history of the building. We had the most delightful stay and thoroughly recommend the manoir to other visitors.

Enjoying the private hot spa under the stars on a moonlit night was an unforgettable memory for our family. The warm fireplace, dining room, and the owner’s warm smile will be beautiful memories for the children. Thank you.

What a beautiful and historic place, the manor itself, the grounds, all of it. Hosts are lovely and offer so much insight into the history of the location. Be sure to go on the hike to the waterfall and the English Castle!

We loved everything about the Manoir. Julian walked us around the grounds and showed us different rooms and the history they all have. The food was perfect, our bed was so comfortable, and the town is extremely charming. We did the hike to the waterfall and viewpoint which I would highly recommend. We would love to come back and visit and soon as possible.

    Nothing.

Right in the middle of the village. Has parking The rooms are large, well appointed and our room had a beautiful view They have a large pool . It was too cold for use at this time but perfect summer days. They also offer a sauna and hot tub The breakfast is lovely and served in their gorgeous dining room We decided to have dinner there too The charcuterie plate and the octopus plate were delicious. The hosts Julien and Aurelia are very nice and very welcoming and have great taste . They did a fantastic job turning this place into what it is We wish we could have stayed a second night.

Amazing location. Manor is 5 minute walk from different trails i.e. to Cascades. Views are phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable owners who have restored Manor with sense of history and modern conveniences.

Focused on hiking and forgot that many restaurants are closed sunday/monday. Also in Autoire.

The atmosphere, the uniqueness of the manor, the neighborhood, the hospitality, enteriour and decoration of the manor.

Should you expect a continental buffet breakfast, you will be disappointed. However, everything provided is really delicious: fruits, jams, fresh croissants and bread, butter, coffee, orange juice, boiled eggs, fresh ‘cheese’ with honey (at least we received these things in June 2024). It’s a ~400 years old manor, so since there is no AC, in hot summer it could be a little problematic as you probably need to open the windows at night (understandably, there are no insect nets on the windows).
