The location is impeccable, the facilities are clean and proper.

The outsidoors area and especially the garden needs some maintenance.

The houses are very comfortable and well equipped, excellent price/value ratio. The staff is very kind and responsive to our request. The check in was so easy and the views to the citadel are amazing. We would definitely stay here again wjen visiting carcassonne!

    Nothing everything was great.

Washing machine and soap. Small kitchen. Hot tub. Spacious room. WiFi.

Mold in the coffee machine grinds, hair in trash from prior guests, unwashed dishes in dishwasher when we showed up, not enough towels for two people to use the hot tub and the shower the same day, poor communication with unlock code for property - promised to deliver the info in advance but we arrived exactly at the check in time and it took them about 25 minutes to respond with the check in info. Unclear on booking.com that apartment C does not include parking. All stay info inside is in French and written on the wall - a welcome binder could be nicer.

Clean and spacious, close to medieval city, fair price

Hot tub is private in the sense that you only have access to it but its clearly visible to the other 2 apartments hot tubs and people walking past The parking also wasnt great for our apartment B as you cant turn around in that space but can in the other 2 so you have to reverse down the tight street shown on the pictures

Fantastic location looking at the ramparts. A good sized place. Enjoyed the hot tub but that's why we booked it!. Overall we had a great time.

So I write these things as I rely on reviews myself. The communications with the owners were terrible to be honest. They just don't bother replying so I got booking.com involved then I heard from them. Yes we will message you at 14.00 with details. 15.30 arrives and nothing lol. I send a message still no details on how we get in. 1 minute later a reply so they obviously forgot. So we entered and yup nice place. Shame the cleaners forgot to clean the toilet though. So 2 pubic hairs confronted me and piss stains when the seat was lifted. Plus an old shower gel in the shower area. On our last night 6 to 8 guys moved in to the 3 bed place next to us. Oh how we enjoyed them yapping on their patio area until 1am. Not the owners fault but be aware that you never know who you are going to get!!

Location was excellent to explore Carcossonne.

Rubbish left in the bins inside.

The property was well equipped and the location was great for access to the cité.

It wasn’t very clear in the property information on Booking.com that there was no parking with property C. As the access road is very narrow it was difficult turning round to go and find parking. We had walk around 1km from the paying car park (expensive) as there were no spaces on the roads around the area. This was difficult for us as we have two elderly dogs that can’t walk very far.

A great apartment to stay in whilst visiting Carcassonne. Sadly only had one night there but it was perfect for our stay. Very stylish, clean and comfortable.

Immaculately presented, a stone’s throw away from the medieval city with everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had the best time and would absolutely look to stay again if and when we return!

Basically nothing- no complaints at all!

    The location was really good.

It was a bit overlooked from the wall and with cctv pointing towards the hot tub.

What a wonderful and special stay this property offered. We had a one bedroom unit nearest to the front gate with a spa that offered a stunning view of the old city walls, as shown in the photos. There are 2 other units connected and had there been anyone in the middle unit it would have felt less private but only the unit farthest away was occupied. The property was stylish and well-appointed. The instructions for check in and use of the spa were understandable. (We did not speak French so we used Google lens to translate the spa instructions.) It only took 7 - 8 minutes walking leisurely up the path to enter directly into the old city walls to explore. It was off-season and raining so few shops and restaurants were open. If you want to visit shops or restaurants that are not inside the old city walls, you would likely need to drive rather than walk. The property offered parking with our unit. You enter a code provided with the check-in instructions but be aware that before reaching the gate, the street narrows to a single lane and we thought we were driving where were weren't supposed to be! This would be a good home base to explore the area, and have a relaxing, comfortable space to come back to with a beautiful view.

The stress of driving the very last street to the property gate where the road was only a narrow single lane between buildings...but we never met any oncoming traffic

Partly it was lovely being next to the old city, however, there was no privacy from the footpath at the back of the property which looks directly into the living area and over the hot tub and the property next door. The path around to the door wasn't completed, and the grounds were completely overgrown with weeds including getting to the hot tub. Inside seemed clean except when the sofa bed was pulled out and then a lot of crumbs, a pistachio shell fell out and old kitchen roll was stuck in side. The rest was clean but keeping kitchen utensils in the draw with the bins is not hygienic. The glasses were all odd, as was the cutlery and there was no cheese grater. The host was great about parking as we didn't know that we couldn't park on site, but was allowed to squeeze our car in at the end. If not it would have been very difficult to get up and down the hill being mobility impaired sometimes. Overall I would say that the property isn't actually finished yet and it was a rush to get it ready to let out.
