The houses are very comfortable and well equipped, excellent price/value ratio. The staff is very kind and responsive to our request. The check in was so easy and the views to the citadel are amazing. We would definitely stay here again wjen visiting carcassonne!

Hot tub is private in the sense that you only have access to it but its clearly visible to the other 2 apartments hot tubs and people walking past The parking also wasnt great for our apartment B as you cant turn around in that space but can in the other 2 so you have to reverse down the tight street shown on the pictures

The stress of driving the very last street to the property gate where the road was only a narrow single lane between buildings...but we never met any oncoming traffic

What a wonderful and special stay this property offered. We had a one bedroom unit nearest to the front gate with a spa that offered a stunning view of the old city walls, as shown in the photos. There are 2 other units connected and had there been anyone in the middle unit it would have felt less private but only the unit farthest away was occupied. The property was stylish and well-appointed. The instructions for check in and use of the spa were understandable. (We did not speak French so we used Google lens to translate the spa instructions.) It only took 7 - 8 minutes walking leisurely up the path to enter directly into the old city walls to explore. It was off-season and raining so few shops and restaurants were open. If you want to visit shops or restaurants that are not inside the old city walls, you would likely need to drive rather than walk. The property offered parking with our unit. You enter a code provided with the check-in instructions but be aware that before reaching the gate, the street narrows to a single lane and we thought we were driving where were weren't supposed to be! This would be a good home base to explore the area, and have a relaxing, comfortable space to come back to with a beautiful view.

Apartment C doesn’t have its own parking space, so you need to park on the street.

These are just small things. One of the heaters in one bathroom was not working, but this was not a deal breaker as there was a second shower in the other bathroom with a working heater. Offering some sweetener for the coffee rather than just sugar would be a nice touch.

Neat property, comfortable. Next to the castle and medieval area. Has a coffee machine with a grinder for fresh coffee. The beds were pretty good. Everything was clean and tidy. Private parking space. Good shower with hot water and good pressure. Super quiet area.

There were some instructions on the wall but not in English. We couldn't work the TV but it wasn't important. Although the location is good for the old town and the new town, there are few shops that are close. We spotted a Chemist and newspaper shop within 10 mins walk. There's a Lidl 2km away, but nothing else really. Come prepared!

The location was good with a pathway to the old town just behind the property. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was modern with a nice shower. The kitchen/living room is compact but full of everything we needed. The hot-tub was good too.

It's a little tricky to find and there is no parking for Unit C, which should be clearly stated in the description. Since no one was in other apartments during our stay, they allowed us to use a parking space, which we greatly appreciated.

Loved everything! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk up the hill to the old town. Views from the place are amazing. Super comfortable with everything we needed. Problems were resolved quickly and the owners were quick to respond to our requests for assistance.. We totally enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi while looking at the medieval walls and towers. This place is magical!

Very good, comfortable accommodation. Well-equipped and thoughtfully put together. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were super clean and crisp. Views of the ramparts were to die for, especially when illuminated at night time.

Loved everything!!

Words can't describe how beautiful this property truly is. It is nestled in the perfect location, directly under the rampart wall. The apartment we stayed in was amazing, and the hot tub was definitely an added bonus. Just imagine enjoying a glass of wine while taking a nightly soak in the hot tub.....while staring up at the beautiful castle and fortress walls.

The access road was very narrow for our vehicle (large SUV). Obvious signs that many cars had hit the walls over the years when driving through the gap.
