The hotel is spotlessly clean, located in a very good location. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Shower was excellent!

It was strange that there was not any cup or glass to drink from in the room. There was also no kettle or any tea/coffee making facilities, or really anything beyond a bed, towels and two very basic small bottles of body wash. WiFi is a pain - you have to reconnect every single time. Given it was really quite expensive, the lack of the small extras made it feel like a bad deal.

Very quiet in the village

The studio was cute and nicely built. The balcony and the view are gorgeous. The bathroom was a tad too small for 4, especially with a bathtub in it. A shower would have been a better option. The downside for us were the bedrooms. There is, in fact, only 1 bedroom as the other bedroom is on the mezzanine without doors. We tucked the kids in the bedroom and used the mezzanine so we could have dinner later without preventing the children from sleeping. I was really upset with booking.com as when I booked I asked for 2 rooms and booked what was offered. I did in September so well in advance. Even on the photo advertised by Booking.com, you can't tell it's only 1 bedroom. When I asked Booking.com to verify the numbers of rooms, they just sent me toward the hotel. Next time, I won't book through Booking.com as they were absolutely not helpful and didn't add value to booking through them. Even the price was higher. Also, for those who don't travel with loads of changes, there isn't a washing machine in the apartment nor in the hotel. Only a laverie at the entrance of the village (walkable distance) but with only 2 machines. So it can be challenging but not impossible. That said, we had a wonderful time, and that is what we will keep in mind.

Too small for 4 people, bunk bed not comfortable and located in the corridor of the room.

Really well located in the middle of the village close to the main skilift (300-500m walk). Nice pool and sauna for after skiing. Accommodation was large (40m2), well organised with handy layout (2 floors) and fitted family of five.

Dishwasher didn’t work but was very well managed by the staff as they did the dishes themselves! Very good service.

We did a long hike around the area so when we finally arrived in the hotel it was almost 22 in the night!! The reception was very friendly, and we got in our room quickly; we were so glad the place was clean and quiet. we have everything we need! Because of the time, most restaurants were closed already, the hotel's restaurant prepared us a plate and wine so we could eat in our room! Bed and pillows are super comfy, we had a really good rest after the hike. The 2nd day hotel gave us an exception again because we arrived too late the day before and had no chance to use the SPA facility, so they allowed us to use the swimming pool the entire morning till 13 in the afternoon. we are really grateful and really happy we booked this little gem in the mountains, it was such a relaxed time for us! definitely recommend for others to go!

The staff was incredible. They went over and above to please us and make everything right, even though we were there with a crowd for the Tour de France. The breakfast was good and I purchased a bottle of champagne for the room. The property was spotless.

My only bummer was the room was up narrow stairs and I have a problem with my hips. So going to the bathroom in the middle of the night was tough.

We liked everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was well planned out with lots of storage. We were able to cook meals for our family. The pool and spa were pleasant and relaxing.

Lovely staff and friendly reception and bar area. The spa was as expected and the rooms as big as expected as we have skied all over France.

For self catering the rooms needed a microwave that would oven ideally. The outside pool was cool but we all loved it so not a negative. The hotel needs a sign out front that is clear as the sign in the window is not easy to spot when first finding the hotel. The rear access needs some work on it as this was our only exit when leaving at 6am as reception was closed and the suite cases were hard to wheel Over it. I am nit picking though as we had a lovely stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at this great apartment/hotel in Serre Chevalier ski resort, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to the ski slopes. It was convenient to have everything within reach, from restaurants to shops, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat after a long day of skiing. The addition of a spa/swimming pool was such a treat. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a day on the slopes. We would definitely come back!

The hotel is very modern and updated, the staff including Herve especially was fantastic, everyone was helpful and friendly and this last-minute booking worked out even better than expected. Will return again soon!

Excellent newly refurbished rooms. We had everything we needed and it was surprisingly spacious. The spa facilities were excellent. The staff were SO friendly and the hotel is located in amongst some really picturesque old town side streets. Excellent for families. Highly recommended
