Great location. Very near to the beach and tramstop is on the doorstep. It is also located very near a “lime bicycle station”. The apartment itself is very well staffed with equipment and the owner was so kind to provide us with jams, crackers, cookies and drinks. Perfect for a family of five like us

Bathroom glass….not enough privacy. Could still see through which is awkward depending on who you are traveling with. Just a minor inconvenience though.

Super location. Tram stop 1 min away. Easy access to Promenade de Anglais. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped and comfortable. David was a very helpful host. It felt very safe.

The property is excellent, secure gated accommodation in a superb location, as 3 ladies travelling together having a safe, comfortable and well appointed environment made our stay even more enjoyable. The outside courtyard is a bonus and fabulous for alfresco dining. Close to tram, direct travel to/from airport and other amenities, promenade one street away and supermarket a couple of doors away. David our host was fast responding and helpful.

A lovely appartment close to the seafront and opposite the tram stop which was very convenient. The appartment was extremely well equipped. David the owner, was extremely helpful. A lovely welcome pack on arrival. Will be looking to stay here again.

Nothing much, we had a great experience except we had a small problem with the bathroom lock. Very quickly sorted by the owners so not an issue.

A very conveniently situated apartment just off the promenade and next to a tram stop- perfect for arriving from the airport. The owner David and his wife were very helpful and the lovely apartment was clean and very well equipped.

David had thought of everything possible for his guests down to a bag for life to go and collect your groceries!!! Umbrella's for showers and a vast array of tea and coffee plus biscuits/jams etc await you on arrival. The bathroom is very spacious with a fantastic shower. I would recommend this place and if I do return to Nice I would book to stay with David again.

We loved the apartment! It is so well equipped, stylish snd clean - we felt immediately at home. It is a couple of minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais, and a great base from which to explore the city. The hosts were perfect. We hope to return to Nice in a couple of years, and the first thing we'll check is whether we can book the same apartment.

Great attention to detail with coffee, tea and biscuits on arrival. Comfortable beds, living area and shower. Well placed for the tram and easy access to beach. Perfect for a quiet get away. Will return.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The check-in and check-out process was autonomous and went smoothly, with clear and quick communication throughout. The apartment was spotless and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and close to a tram stop.

The only thing I didn’t like about the appartament was dampness in the apartment and there wasn’t an electric clothes dryer.

We like the appartament! Everything was good! We were with kids and had a stroller so we liked the appartament was on the first floor. David, the owner of the accommodation, was very friendly, send out all the instruction how to check in.

Gorgeous apartment in an excellent location. Very convenient to get to from the airport and minutes walk from the beach and a very nice beach club, lovely pizzeria just outside the front door and boulangerie across the road. Comfy beds and beautifully clean apartment, with everything you need. Incredibly good check in / check out instructions and great communication from the host - all in all an amazing stay and we would love to come back!

The host welcomed us with a gift of delicious cookies and soap from a local perfumery. It was very nice. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. There was everything we needed. The location was perfect, 2 minutes to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment. It felt like a home away from home. Everything is as expected from the description. The furniture is quite comfortable. It’s very quiet at night, you don’t hear any outside noise and it’s quite secure. The location is perfect for going to the beach and catching the tram to go into the old town. There are bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We had an overall pleasant experience and would stay here again if we find ourselves traveling to Nice again.

Everything was perfect!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was more than enough space for me and 5 of my friends. David sent clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property as well as going a step further and helping us figure out the tram. The property location is ideal, right next to a tram stop, a 5 minute walk from both the beach and the promenade, as well as a small grocery shop and restaurant just nearby. Throughout our stay David was incredibly helpful and offered recommendations for restaurants etc nearby. If you’re looking to come to Nice, this is the place to stay!!

I would highly recommend this apartment! We stayed for a few days and it has been one of our best renting experiences. The owner gave us a detailed information about the apartment and handover beforehand and was always available if we had questions. When we arrived, the place was properly cleaned and prepared for our arrival. The apartment is very modern and we had everything we needed for our stay. Aircondition was working very well and there were also extra fans. TV was easy to use & Internet was very fast. The apartment has all the appliances we needed and a nice outdoor area. Out last day there we had 8 hours between check out and when out plain left. The owners were so kind they let us store our luggage so we didn’t need to walk around with it for the rest of the day before heading to the airport. All in all a great stay and would absolutely recommend!

No matter how hard I try, I can't identify something I didn't like.

The name of the property describes it perfectly, our stay at Magnifique Appartment far exceeded our expectations from all points of view: hosputality, location, clean, accessories, etc. We will definitely come back and recommend.
