The apartment wasn't clean. It was very dusty eg. on the radiators and the extractor fan was extremely dirty. It was also a strange smell in the apartment. The apartment needs some work. Some attention.

The contact with the owner was really good. The location was good as well. We walked from Disney. It took us about 20 minutes. We spent only one night here. I like the area. The huge shopping centre is just next door. I liked the easy walk to the train station (just through the shopping centre).

My only negative would be finding the property. We didn’t get instructions of where to find it or the access code until 6pm via WhatsApp and we arrived at 4.45pm so we’re walking around for an hour in the rain with a 2 year old trying to find it. Check in was from 2pm so it would be good to get instructions for then in readiness for arrival after. Once we knew where it was there were no problems and it was easy to get to. Just a shame we didn’t know sooner as it set us off for a bad start after a long journey with a toddler.

The apartment is in a great location for Disneyland and right next to a large shopping centre. Very good value for money. The host messaged throughout our stay to make sure we were okay which was nice. The apartment had everything you would need and even had a few toys which my toddler loved, thank you. We would stay here again.

Great communication from host. Organised a transfer from the airport for us and the driver helped us get in which was really helpful. Great location with loads of restaurants next door but also really quiet. Apartment well equipped and perfect for our one night

The double bed in the bedroom was not very comfortable but the pull out sofa bed was excellent. The Disney waffle maker and sandwich toaster was filthy and needed a good clean before using. I would take my own towels next time as they were very worn and rough.

The location to Disney was great. A simple 20/25 minute walk. Also located in a huge shopping center so lots of places to eat on your doorstep. The owner was very friendly and sent over instructions when asked regarding access as I didn’t receive an email as stated.

- not cleaned well: a lot of dust in the airhole, hairs in the bath - kids safety: cleaning products and chemicals are stored in the bottom of kitchen storage, which is easy accessible by kids. I would suggest to move them up as this type of properties are typically rented by families with kids - Mosquitoes: my daughters got heavily bitten by mosquitoes, we even had to use medications for one of them as she received over 30 bites. We stayed the next night in the Disney hotel and there was zero mosquitoes - even though it was within the 6 mins drive. I think there should be warnings about opening the windows in this apt + a proper AC system in place

- location - Disney+ - very nice host, excellent communication (we forgot something and they were open for us to come back to pick it up after check out) - great water flow in the shower

Justna couple of suggestions - main bedroom only had a light curtain cover on window..Quite see through, so room was very light early morning. We were up early for a flight, so not a problem for us, but do feel heavier curtains are needed. Bunk beds needs higher spec mattress perhaps.. I tried the lower one and could feel springs immediately . My 13 year old daughter used who is as talll and same weight as myself used this.

The location is really great. Literally steps from Val De Europe large shopping centre with shops and food court. Lots of choice of food. Also a small .courtyard with restaraunts is directly next to property, which would be nice in summer . I also noticed a shopping village just yards down street turning left. The property is around 10 minutes from Disneyland. Owner was prompt with communications and sent info via what's app with information / photographs how to find and how to enter. . All pretty straightforward. Taxi dropped us off at address. Property was clean and i was happy with stay. Wpuld use again due to great location. No need to wander in unfamiliar place .

The location was within walking distance from Disney and was attached to a great shopping centre. There was no iron or ironing board when we arrived but one was delivered to us quickly by the host.

Not a dislike but maybe add to your welcome message advice on location for walking from train station, ie what door to cut through shopping centre. Also the sliding doors need to be fixed, especially mirror one!

Location is excellent. Loved the lights and Disney theme, right on the doorstep of shopping centre entrance and handy for stocking up on snacks before park days.

After reading past reviews i am amending review, owner knows there is no bedding and when i asked him he said all was there. We had to buy bedding in Primark to make stay pissible. Not a comfortable apartment, budget, no comfort, host would need to up his game. They was not enough bed linen/pillows duvet. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There was one saucepan, one frying pan, no bottle opener, cork screw. Place could do with some TLC. Lack of bed linen/sofa bed was biggest issue.

The owner didn't communicate very well we ended up contacting the taxi man for help because he knows the owner. Mattresses wasn't the best could do with a new ones they was pretty flat. But this is the only negative I can say about the stay.

The taxi driver was amazing really helpful and was more than happy to help us. It was right by the shopping mall. And a 2 minute train journey to disneyland accessing train station through the mall. Owner brought me a little something to the apartment for my birthday.

The only worry we had was leaving the accommodation during early morning as it is a gated area, although again, the host sent WhatsApp instructions on how to leave, I would recommend any one to do a trial run on getting out of the gates which he describes, I done this the night before we left and it made me feel at ease for my early morning taxi to the airport.

The transfer from the airport arranged by the host was well worth it, he made sure we got into the property without any stress. We arranged after midnight so main gate was closed, thankfully the host had sent WhatsApp messages detailing how to enter the property. The location was perfect, a 25 minute walk to disney land and a the property is based within val d'europe shopping centre, McDonald's was a 2 minute walk away for those who like a home comfort or fussy eater children like ours.

The first night we stayed it was like they had forgotten to clean it before we arrived the sink was dirty , the cloth for the kitchen was dirty ,the floors had not been cleaned there was a funny smell through the apartment but as it was fairly cheap and we where only there for one night we let it go

The property was in a great location and really nice we stayed on two separate nights at the start of our trip before staying on site at Disneyland and the end of our trip both where very different experiences The 2nd night was really good very clean and tidy and on this experience would possibly return
