The property was spacious, well equipped and and a 5 minute walk to the nearest slopes. The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to assist us with any requests. Whilst there is no breakfast option, the accommodation allowed us to pre-order pastries for breakfast the next morning which we really enjoyed. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would come back!

A plan of the complex would have been useful as very difficult to navigate around at the start.

Small master bedroom. We previously stayed in the superior apartment and it had much more space in the double bedroom. Towel radiators had been turned off and were not to be used. This was a pain especially as we had some wet days so tricky to dry gloves, jackets, trousers. TV went unwatched as zero English speaking channels. Hot tub was always full - never got a chance to use.

Well located - a 6-7 minute walk to the slopes. We hired a locker at the main ski meeting area to avoid going back and forth with skis and boots. There is access to a blue slope within a 5 min walk (by tourist information and up the escalator) but we never did this so can’t comment on it. Nice pool area but it was rather busy when we were there so not used as much as we’d have liked. Apartment was well appointed (but the master bedroom was a little small with no space to walk around the bed). Adequate plates, cups, pans, functional oven and microwave. Nespresso coffee machine. Beds were comfy. Ski hire shop on site was very handy (and the service there was great!)

Size of the bedrooms en-suite room ridiculously small. Lack of signage outside on first arrival. Difficult to find unreserved, non private parking spaces.

Location excellent, you can order breakfast croissants etc from reception before 6pm to collect after 7am next morning, but most impressive were the reception staff who run the building. Very polite, always with a smile and incredibly helpful with any requests or problems.

if I have to pick - pool could be warmer; outdoor hot tub bigger than 4pp size; bunk beds to be made up prior to stay, perhaps an error from housekeeping.

our 2 level apartment was spacious for 5-6pp; bedrooms were up a flight of stairs; 2 bedrooms - master with en-suite and 2 bunk beds (4beds); beautiful views of mountain and surrounds; full kitchen facilities including oven, stove and microwave; access to pool, sauna and hammam after skiing; love the small touches like slippers and bathrobes for the parents; easy access to ski lockers on lvl 2 and to Skiset Hevana for ski hire next door. very central location, easy to piste access (10min uphill walk to piste access, via escalator, next to tourism office, to ski down to La Chaudanne); free bus ride from piste area, La Chaudanne to Meribel Centre lands you right at the bridge access to Pierre Vacances L’Hevana; 5-10min walk to Casino and Spar supermarkets, restaurants and shops; bridge access made it easier to access Meribel centre;
