It is pretty basic but the kitchen is very well equipped.

The location was brilliant and we booked it at the last minute in the week of UTMB so we were very lucky to get it.

Very good location with a view of the mountains. There was a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. The bus stop was very close, and the reception staff were very friendly. We reserved a parking space and it was the best decision, we had no stress about it.

The kitchenet had no exhaust and so one must have the balcony door open during and after cooking. There is absolutely no condiments or the like, as is usual in apartments (so one has to buy everything for cooking or bring it from home). One point of annoyance was that prior to my arrival (3 days prior) I had asked for the possibility to leave a suitcase as I would arrive outside reception hours (from 12 - 16 o'clock the reception is closed), I got no response. On my arrival I was then calling several times and nobody picked up the phone. It was not possible to then leave the suitcase and I had to take my suitcase with me to the mountains. Another point that would enhance communication would be to have an option to have the communications from the facility be in English and not only in French.

The facility is very centrally located in Chamonix. It is very well kept and clean. It is rather organized as a hotel than an independent apartment.

The property is located right in the city center, which is both beautiful and convenient to explore on foot. I highly recommend visiting the area. Aiguille du Midi and Gare Station for Glass de Mer are nearby and easily accessible. We had a stunning view of the Alps from our balcony — truly breathtaking! The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, which was helpful as we were traveling with kids and preferred to cook some meals. Although we didn’t reserve parking, we managed to find a spot on the street without much trouble.

I reached there at midnight and got emailed the late arrival procedures. However, I wasn't sure into which building to get as they all looked similar to me. I called the emergency number and told them I was outside the reception. They were incredibly useless as they didn't even have a plan of the building nor could tell me where my apartment was. He couldn't even direct me to someone else who could help. Infact, he confused me further by telling me to go on another road. He had a small map but he couldn't view it I think. In short, don't count on the emergency number. Finally, sorted it on my own.

As soon as you go inside you smell a bad smell inside kitchen and the shower is too small. Place needs some refurbishment as it feels old and outdated.

View and location of this place is excellent. We had two bathrooms in our flat one with a shower and the other with a bath. There are cooking tools and a good size fridge. Also very quiet.

Nothing to dislike

The place is located v close to the city center. Pretty neatly maintained. The lady at the reception gave us right directions to visit the city center. 2 mins walk from the bus station to go to other cities/towns. Overall a satisfied stay

It only takes 5 mins being the central, bus stop and the cable car station. it's quite perfect location for anyone from Geneva airport

The shower was positioned under a sloping ceiling meaning I could stand up straight and was. I am 6'3"but my son 5'10" and also had also had to hunch over while showering. There's a bath too so that's an option.

The location near the bus station is great and they gave us a room overlooking Mt Blanc, Beatuiful. We were given free bus travel in the area which we used everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful 10/10. They have a games room wich is great if you have kids on a rainy day. The room was good value considering how expensive Chamonix is bus don't expect anything fancy, it's a functional space used to eat and sleep at the and of active days in the mountains.... Thus the beds were fine and the kitchen was well equipped. But the best part was having a coffee machine and pods available at reception.

I missed the bit where we needed to book parking in advance and to park next door to the residence is 25 Euro a day. We ended up moving the car around a lot. The sofa was OK as a bed but pretty uncomfortable as a sofa - narrow and hard and upright with no arm rests

Right on the river in Chamonix one block from the middle of town. Groceries nearby. Friendly people on reception. Bunk beds in an area by the door that we could close off for varied bed times. Pretty good for a studio.

The beds are really soft, our backs were all aching after two nights, if you don’t like soft beds, this might not be your option.

We booked two rooms, one of them is not cleaned, but the front desk was very nice to put our rooms across the hall.

-They make you take out the trash. -They make you buy your own toilet paper and soap/shampoo (it is not included). -Reception is only open at certain times (we had to wait more than 1hr in the reception because they were closed and we arrived at around 2:30PM).

-Good location (8 minute walk from Aguille du Midi which is the cable car to go at Mont Blanc). -Good size for the rooms. -Great views in the balcony. -Comfortable facility.

I had to make bed, clean room,throw the bin, by new bin bag and toilet paper by ourselves.

Only 1 toilet roll for a 7 night stay is ridiculous. The towels were very small for an adult. No plug sockets near a work surface for the appliances, coffee machine, toaster & kettle. Had to use these on the floor.

The reception staff were very welcoming. The apartment was basic but had everything we needed to cook. Plenty of storage for clothes. The sofabed & bunk beds were comfortable. Lovely views of the mountains from the balcony. Brilliant location, 2 mins walk to the bus stop for airport bus and daily ski buses. 5 mins walk into town.

Internet access (WIFI) were cut off on the 2nd night of our stay (we were staying for 3 days and 2 nights).

The place was confortable and they let you keep the bags before check in. Service was good and the place was very clean at our arrival. The only negative things are you have to clean the place yourself before check out and take out the trash, and check in is at 17h. Still, we had a good experience overall.

There was an unpleasent smell in the studio and it didnt help to open Windows and the balcony door. We had to use a refreashener spray every day.

Excellent location in Chamonix and very price worthy!
