Good option, easy location, very helpful staff!

The hotel is nicely located close to the center of the resort and has a private shuttle that takes you to the slopes until 17 30 afternoon, very convenient. It offers a ski room and the pool and sauna facilities are nice. Breakfast is the same daily, but offers good selection, I would have only expected a wider variety of cheese for France and more fruits. The windows in the room need serious cleaning, Especially given the great view of the Alpes. Overall would recommend it

The hotel is a bit worn out but still in a decent shape

Great staff, everyone was very nice and helpful, really great! The food was great and the facilities, like pool, sauna, massage, restaurant, ski rooms, buses to go to the slopes (5 min) were fantastic!

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, every single person went above and beyond! Hotel is slightly dated but its lovely, great location, great facilities and food has a decent choice, we especially liked the local dishes. The shuttle is also great but we walked it a few times and was so fine, so the location is really good and the town is lovely.

The facilities are nice but would deserve a bit of a make over.

Very cosy, super friendly staff, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hamam are great after a ski day.

The hotel was very good, cosy and very friendly staff specially Fred , George and Andre . The hotel provides a shuttle service which allows guests to go and come back from town anytime .

Good location, the transfer from the hotel to the main chairlifts departs almost every 15 minutes. The food was extraordinarily delicious. Wide diversity, and many options for vegans and children. Be aware, the hotel rooms are a little bit outdated. Nevertheless, for us it wasn’t a big deal. If you are skiing (or snowboarding) check with hotel personnel about discounts for renting equipment. Also, they can arrange a ski pass for you before arriving. That was very handy. There is a ski room, but our ski boots haven’t dried enough. We were forced to use hair dryer to handle this. BTW, the window view was awesome!

But hotel needs some renovation , especially spa area . And rooms need more attention with cleaning.

It was our second time in this hotel ( January 2024) and again we are so happy. We had a room upgrade . We would like to mention that food is the best here . A bit thanks to the Chef. He is amazing and the food ( we have half board) super delicious with a great variety of choice the same as previous year . Staff are super friendly ( Greek people ) . Hotel offers free transfer to/from gondola which is cool .

Ski shop guy was lacking a smile as was the young ski shuttle guy. Hotel is tired and really needs a refit.

The pressure from the shower wasn't great.

The food was decent. The selection was well thought out every night, with a number of options being done to a very good standard. The selection of desserts was particularly good. Having access to a hot tub and sauna was also great.

Our bathroom only had a bathtub and a very low shower head so you had to sit down to shower

Room sizes were small (ours was smallest of the 4 rooms we booked. Great to have tea and coffee available though it would have been great to have this first thing in the morning

Breakfasts were excellent. Lovely to have pastries available at when retuning after skiing. Transport to and from ski lifts brilliant. Staff were lovely

The shower is quite old and fixed on the wall. Not convienent for the parent to clean their kid. There is no ski locker only shelf in the ski room. Always become a mass in the morning and afternoon before and after ski.

Breakfirst and dinner buffet is very good. The hotel provide shuttle to the main ski lift and pick you back after the day. There a quite a lot entertainment facilities in the hotel. Tea and coffe are free.

The staff were very courteous and friendly and the spa facilities were just perfect after a day on the slopes. The hotel had a classic skiing holiday decor, very unique in its way but wouldn’t have wanted it to be any different. The hotel provide a shuttle service back and forth to the 2 ski lifts which made everything so much easier, specially wanting to get back asap at the end of the afternoon to have a swim and a sauna. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

free shuttle to the slopes with extremely helpful driver ski shop on site with great discount barmen exceptional and offered us snacks reception staff excellent and very welcoming
