The rooms as the gym and the whole hotel are a bit aged and would really need some 'refreshing'. While the breakfast buffet is good, the on-site restaurant is less convincing.

A bit old but (for a hotel) big gym with a good variety of free waits and machines, and long opening hours. The two little swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor) were well appreciated by the children, as was the outside "parcours de santé" with monkey bars etc. Unfortunately, the former tennis courts and a "terrain multisport" are abandoned. Free breakfast for children under 12 was a real bonus. Ideal for an overnight stay directly next to exit of motorway but still quiet calm. We used it several times as such; less convinced to stay longer despite the above-mentioned good sports facilities

The bistro needs a better menu with more choice for lactose free. I always like the burger but my Wife's steak was too chewy. Happy to pay more if there is an improvement.

The room was lacking some amenities unfortunately. I would have welcomed some flip flops to go to the pool or bathrobes.

The duplex rooms are great for families, especially with young kids. The only down side is that the restroom are upstairs which might be a struggle for the little ones. The facilities are great - swimming pool is opened quite late as well as the gym. The restaurant is really tasty and breakfast is just as great. Perfect location on route to the Alps, good way to avoid the traffic going up to the slopes.

The restaurant food is pretty average with a limited choice. I find this strange for a Mecure and for one that is France! One would have thought the food should be gourmand but alas not.

It was like a furnished apartment. The toilet seat was not properly installed, making it very unpleasant to use the bathroom. Otherwise, it was comparable to a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star.

The pool was largely inaccessible because there were exercise classes almost all day. The staff member at checkin inexplicably put us in an outdoor room that required us to walk a long distance even though it was pouring rain, and then was very rude when I told him we did not want to walk 200 meters in the pouring rain with three large suitcases. “well if you wanted an inside room, why didn’t you just tell me you wanted an inside room?” Extraordinary poor service.

I booked a room through booking, and when Ingot there they gave me a different room. It was outside in some kind of cabins, and I needed to walk on the cold to access the room. The room was uncomfortable and seemed dirty and old. On top of all the people at the front desk did not speak English. On top of all, when I asked how much was for the breakfast, they said 36 EUR, and I proceed to accept and pay. They then proceeded to charge me twice without my consent under the excuse it was 36 EUR per day! Moreover, the quality of the breakfast was far from that value. By the way, avoid having the steak for lunch. They will bring you a horrible, hard and poorly cooked piece of meet full of nerves and fat. 32 EUR for that.

We got a great offer so we were in the Premiere suits with jacuzzi and more space. We liked the very broad hours of the swimming pool 7:00 - 23:00 so we have lot's of swimms and time to relax.

Little pool dirty without any type of service, no service room we had to go to the reception to ask toilet paper, weird smell,shower didn’t work properly, gym decent, cleaning standard very low.

The air conditioning in the room did not work. It had been a hot day. The room was very warm, uncomfortably so to sleep. Tried to open window but very noisy. Left at 05:45 in the morning as I could not sleep.
