At first, there was a little confusion with paying for the hotel. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay for my stay, even though I had already paid for it in advance. It was a very unexpected situation, but fortunately it was resolved quickly and I didn't have to pay twice.

Excellent location on a major shopping street, just a few minutes from the restaurant street. The Old Town, Town Hall Square and other places are also within walking distance. The boutique hotel is beautiful and comfortable, located in a grand building. The Privilege Room is spacious, the room has everything you need (including a large TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, ironing facilities). The spacious bathroom has high-quality toiletries, a decent hairdryer, and a mirror with lighting and magnification. Overall, the lighting was cozy. A rich and varied breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff communicates in a friendly and polite manner. Upon arrival at the hotel, a pleasant welcome and a small gift awaited in the room.

Shower needed repair to holder and wood work rotted. Had to ask for milk . Breakfast was good, but expensive. Only went once as a result.

The shower with no doors meant showering was not the relaxing event I like it to be. Had to keep an eye on the floors to make sure they stayed dry. The $$ deposit was a surprise and should be more clearly disclosed.

Our room had limited natural light, and I found it a bit pricey, but I would still recommend it overall.

The room was very compact, barely enough space to open the ironing board! Couldn't get a full view in the mirror because the chair was squashed in front of it

Everything was great including the staff, cleanliness, comfort of the bed and room. We had a room with the balcony and could see the fountain and square which was great! The location and area is amazingggg, so convenient to enjoy Lyon from here. Highly highly recommended!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building right in the heart of Lyon. We requested a room with a street view and were delighted to have one overlooking Place des Jacobins. The hotel’s amazing location made it easy to explore the city’s main sights, shops, and cafés on foot. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that.

Beds were a bit hard to sleep on and pillows were flat. The breakfast staff was welcoming. The food was ok, but I chose to only eat at the hotel for one morning.

The breakfast room was way too small for the ratio of people in the hotel and felt very squeezed ! The variety of breakfast food was lovely but they need to consider moving to a bigger room !!!!!!
