Was a little smaller than expected for 3 adults but we coped and spent all days out and about anyway.

Perfect location in Le Marais area. Saint-Paul Metro stop one street away and easy walking to Notre Dame.

Location was amazing! Wonderful stores and restaurants steps away. Short walk to the main metro line that takes us to many sites in Paris within 30 minutes. Very easy and fast communication with Alex. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice amenities not expected including a pocket wifi, towel warmer in bathroom and safe. Clean with a good hot shower. Warm heater. We were able to leave our bags inside after checkout so we could enjoy our last day. Super fast wifi. Ground floor so good for people with heavy bags or difficulties going up many flights of stairs.

Nothing dramatic, true to photos and online description. We were only at the studio in the evenings, so it was great for location & amenities, and we were well aware it was small. It’s an old building and it’s on the ground floor, so have realistic expectations about plumbing and dampness. But no complaints here!

Fabulous location, with so many lovely restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafes right on your door step, just mere steps from the Metro and bus stop! Our host Alexandre was brilliant. Great communication throughout, could not have been a better booking experience.

Although nicely and modern decorated, the bath is pretty humid and it smells after mold or sewers.

Very nice apartment with excellent location, only 2 minutes away from a metro station, close to bars, restaurants and grocery shops. It has all what you need for a nice staying in Paris. The host is very nice and he is willing to help right away.

The location was great with restaurants, grocery stores, and the metro nearby. The apartment was very clean and quiet, and well thought out. This would be a great place for a long term stay and we would definitely recommend and return.

There is a saying “the enemy of good is the best” so I believe that the sofa/bed for the third person can be improved.

The location of the property is exceptional! There is a bus stop and a metro station almost outside of the building. In ~10 mins you are in notre dame and Louvre. You can even walk there. Strolling in the area is a must do suggestion in a lot of YouTube videos. There are plenty of Cafes, restaurants, supermarket and bakeries where you can try macaron, croissants and other delicious things. The apartment was clean and super equipped with everything. There were extra blankets, umbrella for our walks in the rainy days and bag for the supermarket. Moreover, there were coffee, tea, chocolate, even rice and herbs if we wanted to cook. Alex is a very kind host providing us all the useful info for the apartment and the area. Always willing to help and answer our questions.

Due to the location of the apartment, there was very limited access to sunlight and the windows were covered with a “film” for privacy as other residents would be able to see in as they passed by the apartment. The apartment was somewhat dated and could use a refresh.

The property was very close and accessible to the Métro. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants, parks and museum. We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quaint and suited our needs as a base for our trip with access to excellent WIFI. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of bedding, towels and basic things like soap, shampoo, etc. There was a washer/dryer with detergent that was very convenient for doing laundry as needed. We had access to air conditioning which was amazing considering the September weather was very hot. Alex, our host, was responsive throughout our booking and stay at the hotel. His response was quick and polite. He also provided additional coffee pods when requested. Upon our arrival, the instruction were clear for access to the apartment. We were able to drop off our luggage earlier than the check-in time and the housekeeper, Oscar, completed the cleaning of the apartment.

Alex was a wonderful host, super communicative and friendly. The apartment is beautiful, with plenty of room and storage. Looks just like the pictures and is situated in a private beautiful courtyard. Wonderful location for shopping, eating, and the metro, but not loud at all. Would love to stay here again.

The Wi-Fi was not working , therefore no TV for couple of days before the host fix the Wi-Fi Connection . We have no Internet for two days and it was very inconvenience without internet if you are in another country .

The wires were hanging near the wardrobe which didnt feel safe as I have a kid with me.
