Excellent location, right beside the main train station and right on the river with lovely views. Easy walking distance of the historic old town and all the main visitor spots. Staff were all friendly and helpful and made everything easy. The breakfast was perfect and particularly liked having freshly squeezed orange juice which was a nice touch.

We stayed one night at the Ibis and were impressed with our clean and comfortable room. We had a great view of the bridge and river across to Bayonne. Breakfast was simple but perfect for what we wanted. The Hotel was very good value.

Great location near bus and rail station; situated on banks of the river. Rooms with river view particularlly nice. Efficient and helpful staff. Nice breakfast included in rate. Easy walk to town center.

Small room but comfortable with view looking over river. Manager very friendly and helpful explai g history of area. Good breakfast. Access to free tea and coffee all day. Provided simple meals if requested.

Parking would have been appreciated, as nearby public parking, when chargeable, is not cheap/A bar would have been nice, especially in that riverside location.

Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. Good to have hot drinks and the chilled water available all day, with a very pleasant common room to use.location excellent, just across the bridge from the main town and 2 minutes from rail station.Very friendly and helpful staff.Hotel in an old converted building with old timbers etc retained, gave it character.

A little more expensive than the other hotels we were getting on our trip, but the included breakfast made up for it.

Modern amenities in an old building was really cool! A/C & decorated to perfection! Located right on the Adour River & by the bridge into town with restaurants. Great location!

The location is great, minutes on foot from the train station and the bus stop for the long distance buses. The hotel is just across the bridge from the heart of the city which makes it accessible but also a quieter base. The room was spacious and comfortable and the complimentary drinks in the cafe area a nice touch. I was given a room with views over the river which was delightful.

I loved the view from my room to the river. I could even here the river flowing. The hotel is excellent located, in Saint Esprit very near Grand Bayonne and Petit Bayonne too. The bed was comfy, pillows and blanket too. The room was cleaned every day, very well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They brought me a gluten free bread and madeleine every morning at the breakfest, there were a lot of other gluten free options too. It was nice I could have a cup of tea in the evening at the hotel lounge, it was free for guests to have a coffee or tea during the day. When I arrived, there was a weird noise in my room, like a clock ticking, and the staff arranged me right away a new room. I would definitely choose this hotel again!
