We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Kingdomnoisy neighbours til the early hours of the morning! luckily I had ear plugs! plenty of parking if you wish to pay to park outside apartment (100/week).
Location was very central and easy to walk everywhere, everything you need is on your doorstep. Hosts were really helpful and replied to any questions very quickly.

FranceThe location was perfect, the host was extremely helpful and communicative. Despite being a little old fashioned, the apartment was clean, well equipped, comfortable and ideally placed for the chair lift and restaurants. The view was good. Excellent value for money.

GreeceThe building is old and has not been recently maintained. The common use areas are rather dirty and inadequately maintained. The apartment itself is advertised as featuring two (2) double bedrooms. In reality these are two (2) open attic spaces with very limited height and privacy. The main area is comfortable with an additional sofa that can be turned into a double bed. Probably the best of all available sleeping arrangements. The price corresponds to the quality although a better description might help some (like my group) to avoid considering it, if they knew. The hosts are practically always available and they have responded quickly and adequately to any question.
The property is in ideal location. Very central, very close to shops, ski facilities, no parking problem. If the winter had been more snowy one could probably ski down to it.

IrelandIts old style but you can see that from pictures snd price range. Also it was busy this week so a lot of restaurants booked out early in week. There are some good takeaways at least
Location. Its perfect as its so near the ski slopes and ski school. Only one street away..2 mins, at most, walk to Dode to collect skis which is nearest point to Ski School. You wont get much nearer. Beds were comfortable. The pull out metal bed in living area was a good double. Was worried before we went asl as couldnt figure it out from pictures but its really good. The upstairs rooms are mezzanine so just up stairs but no doors etc to them. 2 separate stairs to each room. Perfect for family and you couldnt see up so private enough. Pictures show you what to expect. Very cosy appartment and as said before the host is very easy to deal with. Most importantly and unlike other accomodation in the area, there are no hidden extras. Bedding and cleaning included once you do the basic tidying of bins , wash up etc . Its beside a supermarket and great bakery nearly across the rd.
