Breakfast was very disappointing for €17 per head, dry mini pastries, like warm bacon and scrambled eggs and a few bits of meat. Better off saving your money on that and going to a local place instead.

Location was good, great facilities, nice room and balcony? Very clean.

Some of the physical aspects of the room (lock box, decoration) were starting to feel a bit tired and in need of a refresh.

Lovely place to stay on the island. Close to the coast (although note the nearby beach is not really a sandy beach for swimming). Lots of family-friendly and convenient facilities on site, e.g., bike rental. Friendly staff.

We couldn't find the shop on site but I think it closed very early so we never availed of that. The service in the restaurant was extremely slow, we tried to eat there one night and ended up leaving as we were still waiting on a menu and a drink after 30 mins. Would still recommend the hotel though despite this

We stayed in the hotel part and had a beautiful 2 bed apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. Pool was gorgeous and kids loved it.

Outdoor seating area in our hotel room was really bad. No table and only 2 chairs. No plants, and no view. No hooks or clothing lines to hang our towels after a day at the beach. Even though we stayed at the hotel it was shared with the camping and that seemed like the majority of the property. The cleaners did not change our glasses (minor issue though) The closest beach was not swimmable with huge waves at high tide and big rocks. Very wild and lots of seaweed.

Beautiful facilities, great Ac, comfy beds, good amounts of bathrooms, nice pool area, lots of things to do on the property like pool, table tennis, volleyball, tennis etc Good bike rental on sight, good market to buy baked goods in the morning, snack bar had good pizza (even though the opening hours were inflexible)

Understaffed - dinner service was very slow, ran out of plates during breakfast and when I asked for some, the waitress gave me an eye roll. Housekeeping in the hotel was also limited. Constant issues with getting keys to open hotel door. For the price per night, did not feel like good value.

Lack of working air conditioning which property knew about and failed to notify guests about in advance, which showed poor regard for paying guests. That said, and after some insistence on our side, the hotel managed to move us to a better room (still no aircon) and provide a gesture on compensation. It is a pity as I would otherwise rate this very highly but the lack of actual care was very off putting.

It was confortable. The people were so nice. Only thing is that I booked the place thinking it had a restaurant and a pool and they didn’t because of the season. They should point that out in their announcement because if not it’s like selling something that they don’t have. Apart from that, everything in the room was nice. About the food of the menu, I thought it would be fresh food but everything is precooked.

The smell in the hallway and our bathroom was very bad. We did not complain about it because we liked the rest but we hope the problem with the sewage system can be solved to make the price worthy.

The lack of communication from the hotel regarding the closure of the restaurant & bar. Considering how remote the place was the restaurant & bar needed to accommodate the guests staying at the resort. This it failed at miserably. Barely open and provided the same menu for lunch & dinner which was very odd or just lazy!

Facilities out of season were reasonably. Restaurant choice and service was ok. Bike hire from Brenda “even with language difficulties” was superb she made it fun nothing was a problem.

Room and terrace were a good size and comfortable although WiFi poor. Easy access and good parking.

The pool area is being refurbished and not ready for use ..lots of work going on around that area. We used the restaurant for our evening meal and were really disappointed, the waiter was helpful but the food was not good. It felt like it had all been reheated , previously cooked ? so very dry , fish overcooked & the potatoes were raw inside. We did complain and apologies were given & our aperitif was free .

Spacious room , very clean, large comfy bed and a patio to sit outside . The hotel staff were really helpful . This hotel is part of a bigger complex with self catering chalets & camping . About a 10 minute walk to the beach .

Because the resort is a distance from town it's not easy to get to a cafe or bakery. Food onsite wasn't great in terms of choice and healthy food not frozen pizzas, shop could be bigger and offer a wider choice. Cafe onsite for simple sit down fresh food/drink, the breakfast wasn't great for the price, just a coffee machine and no porridge or better choice of fresh fruit.

The pool, the family room, the staff and bike rental were all good. Lots of space and some good facitlities.
