Breakfest was very good. Room was quite small. Bed was meant for two persons but it was quite narrow. The bed mattress was worn out and bent inward.

Unfortunately the restaurant or the bar wasn't open during our stay, however reception did list alternative restaurants in the area.

Swimming pool if you chose to use it, free parking and WiFi very good breakfast with many choices, coffee making facilities in room.

The food menu , there was not many dishes on offer to choose And expensive for what we received and not good quality, one of our party did not like the menu choices and just asked for fries,they waiter said this is not possible, this put us off in visiting this hotel again Also 1 of our ground floor rooms that we had in our group had a visit during the night by a mouse

Stain on carpet as you entered bedroom a bit off-putting.

The bed could have been a bit harder. Even so, I wish I could have stayed longer!

Wonderful location deep into the woods but only 30min ride from the centre of Colmar. The concierge was exteremely kind, the room not spacious but with all that I needed. Swimming pool and in-house restaurant completed the treat.

Air-con in room didn't function too well. Bar closed on Sunday evening (frustrating but not the end of the world).

We upgraded our reservation from classic (old) to superior (renovated) rooms, expecting an improved experience. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was problematic—it kept shutting off every 45 minutes to an hour, and we had to manually restart it using the on/off switch each time. This caused significant discomfort and disrupted our stay. Given that we paid for an upgraded room, this issue was quite disappointing. We hope this can be addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests.

The bed was a bit too soft for me. Service in the restaurant was slow.

Without booking a restaurant in advance, there is almost no option for dinner in the area.

Pool and breakfast. Very nice nature and silence around. In addition, this was a very good location for taking rest during a long journey to Italy.

I had to leave the premises for food...combination of waiting too long and nothing on the menu had me waiting longer! Duck confit with dauphinoise would have made my stay perfect.

Beautiful location in the Eguisheim countryside! Great hotel and highly recommended! Breakfast was great and wonderful reception staff! Shower and bed done the job.

The hotel’s exterior, pool and sauna could benefit from renovation, but for the very fair price we paid and the level of comfort we received, this was a truly good experience and didn’t affect our stay.

We honestly received more than we expected as we weren’t looking for anything fancy – just a good place to sleep during our trip – but the experience was a pleasant surprise. Our room was spacious, very clean and fresh, with no signs of outdated furniture or worn-out bathroom fittings. Towels were provided in sufficient quantity, the bed linen was crisp and white, and having a coffee machine in the room was a lovely touch. The young lady at reception was very kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. Plus, being so close to the forest adds an extra layer of calm after long days of exploring the region.

The parking lot has no lighting which makes it dangerous since the Hotel is in the woods. The Bathroom could use a update. Old and no counter space. We had booked a larger room. When you got out of bed you had to walk sideways thats how small. The Restaurant was closed do to a tourist bus. I think they should have some area for Hotel guests to still be able to dine. If you wanted to dine you had to travel to smaller towns near by.

The Hotel is located in the woods. Lovely area for hiking. Breakfast had a large selection of things.

Just the fact that we book as it had a restaurant and told it would be open on our stay. When we arrived was told it was closed & confirmation was sent which is fine but more notice would have been nice not 3hrs prior to our arrival.

Great place & location free use of sauna & pool a bonus. Breakfast was plentiful & good choices.
