We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomAnother rooms bar spend was added to our account and due to language differences was diffucult to resolve. Was being asked to cover this cost as it was on my room Sometimes had difficulty finding the night staff to serve at bar.
Location to wedding venue we were attending. Breakfast was exceptional. Comfort of seating area and general cleanliness Swimming pool was an advantage.

United KingdomAfter ordering dinner in the bat it took more than an hour to receive food. They had a big group in the dining room and I think they forgot about us. Also, when it arrived it was not very hot.
Very good front desk staff. Good location about 15 minutes walk from city centre. Upgraded to a privilege room which was spacious and comfortable. Secure parking.

The staff were lovely, friendly, efficient and polite. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast provided a great choice, as did dinner, very good value for money. Really lovely pool area too. The hotel provides plenty of secure parking.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We could get a drink and meal without having to venture out into Castres. Breakfast was very good indeed. Parking easy and secure.
