Good location Clean rooms

Shower room too small.. water goes everywhere. Staff too busy to answer queries if you are a guest. They try to avoid you and deal more to restaurant guests.

We had such a wonderful stay at Le Bellaroc. It truly exceeded our expectations. The value for money was excellent – comfortable rooms at a very fair price. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. And the view of the castle was simply breathtaking, especially in the evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to enjoy Rocamadour. Highly recommended! — Pauline & David Stewart

Lovely cool room with a fantastic view of the castle. Staff were very friendly & the pool was a bonus on a very hot day. Plenty of parking & all within walking distance of the beautiful town. Hotel restaurant food was good too.

The location is amazing, The staff are very friendly in both the hotel and the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is lovely, The swimming pool is a great little addition.

The shower in our room is very small and the curtains are not big enough to stop the floor getting really wet. If you are going to have such small bathrooms then they should be wet rooms.

The only (small) thing is the shower - it only has a curtain which doesn't keep the water in the shower area.

Loved the view and the convenient location! Their staff both at the hotel and restaurant were extraordinarily kind and efficient, even during a busy afternoon.

Great location with a view of spectacular Rocamadour. Very good breakfast and good value for money. Check-in was at the sister location as it was winter and reception was closed, but was only 5 minutes walk away and very straightforward.

Room was a little cold when air con heating switched off. Very small bathroom.

Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Great pizzas and lovely breakfast. Great view across to the chateau and an easy walk into the old town of Rocamadour. Lovely terrace. The price was very reasonable for such good facilities.

The toilet/shower; this was very small, the shower curtain didn't fit inside the shower tray so all the floor got wet. The soap and shower gel dispensers must have been installed by a basketball player, they were above head height. The restaurant was poor, my wife who is lactose intolerant found nothing suitable on the menu. She was offered a salmon salad; she got tasteless salmon with a tasteless salad. I have stayed at many Logis Hotels and all have been very good, however if this had been my first experience I would never have stayed at another one.

The location was excellent to explore Rocamador the beds were comfy.

The staff were really miserable and not friendly at all. The bathrooms in the bedrooms were too small. The restaurant menu was the same each day and very minimal.

Clean and modern hotel, perfectly situated to walk to old historic town. (Quite steep) Lots of little shops with very friendly staff. Some traditional restaurants too, serving excellent French food. Staff at hotel were helpful and pleasant.

Good location, good rooms with views. Clean.

Smallest shower cubicle known to man with a shower curtain that insisted on clinging to us like a magnet. No lip on the cubicle so water goes everywhere in the minuscule bathroom. We had dinner at the restaurant which was yummy, but made the mistake of asking for extra plate so we could share the 3 meals we ordered. This sent the manager into what we can only describe as behaviour reminiscent of a 2year old throwing a tantrum. We didn’t know whether to laugh or be scared. We chose not to eat there for the next 2 days.

Ideal for walking to the site and views were wonderful from the terrace.

superb location, we had a room at the front of the hotel so the view was spectacular. There was a great selection for breakfast and also a good Italian inspired menu for the evening meal.

The only negative was the shower was a little bit narrow.

The rooms were quiet and side by side so we felt safe having our boys sleep independently from us.

The only complaint is the showers were tiny and there was no lip to the edge, so the water from the shower went on the walls and floor.
