The price for the room was overpriced, we were highly disappointed when we walked into the room. Very outdated bathroom. It was a room for 3 people and we were given 2 mint teabags and nothing else. There had been a problem at the hotel so there were no other facilities.

The location was great for what we needed.

Very old interior, needs a make over. The pictures on Booking site are accurate I must admit, but the feel when you come into the room is a bit depressing.

The food in the resto of the hotel was very good. Breakfast was also good, choice between small and big breakfast + not needed to book mandatory breakfast for 2 for the entire stay, when you want breakfast is very flexible. Located at 10 min drive from the lake, groceries shop and couple of resto at walking distance.

No staff in the hotel, the shower carpet was useless, with only one shower all the room was full of water, we had to use one of the towell to dry everything and with no reception available we couldn't ask for a new one.

The position Is great, the view is amazing. The room it was normal.

Walls are too thin, once can hear everything happening next door. Our rooms was quite small but comfortable, though quite expensive compared to others in the area ( + Check out is at 10:00 and not 11:00 as per booking.com). We had a cheese and meat plate which was 18 euro but we got products clearly bought in the supermarket, nothing fresh or of the quality one would expect paying that money.

Beautiful views from the property, nice and handy position for those who are visiting the area by bike/ car. Staff was friendly and the hotel communal areas are pretty and nicely decorated.

After the booking we got 4 emails with all kind of things around our booking and check-in. Never we received such an avalelange of mails for a booking. The most important issue was: You can check in between 4pm and 8pm. Beyond these hours no reception staff is available. Cleaning of rooms during stay was not done. Towels were dropped on a chair and thats it. Breakfast time from 9-11 am is very late. We took is once, It was OK, served at the table as specified when ordered.

We booked a room for 3 persons. For 2 it was OK. Location is perfect for travel in and around the Verdon area. There is a public parking parking space around the hotel (along the road) and at 100m a larger public parking space. We were in September, no issues with Parking at all. Staff is friendly.

When we arrived, it was the day of closure and there was no one to welcome us, we had to look for keys in a locker. For such prices one would expect to at least find someone at the reception.. Then in the evening all lights were off in the hall and stairs, quite difficult to move around with the kids.

Very good position to visit Gorges du Verdon. Our room had a wonderful view on the lake. Breakfast was not exceptional but overall good.

The room we rented was nothing like what was shown in the photos – it was dark and damp, with the feeling of sleeping in a basement. We couldn't open the windows because people were sitting right outside at café tables. The breakfast was quite disappointing, especially compared to other hotels in the region.
