Host greeted and met us upon arrival and showed us around the beautiful apartment. Helped with directions and provided links for information. Couldn't have done more. The location was perfect for many transport hubs and local restaurants and shops for groceries. Would highly recommend 👌

Great apartment - very true to the photos. We were travelling with teenagers who spent time painting in the studio over the week we were in Paris, which was amazing. The hosts were fantastic. There was an issue with the building gas whilst we were there (not related to the apartment itself) and they were great in communicating with the work crews, and brought in an extra heater. Everything you want from a host.

In all fairness---absolutely nothing.

This property was exceptional in so many ways; great location/proximity to public transportation; modern kitchen with all the right appliances; stunning art work and furnishings, that created an unforgettable, happy atmosphere; an oversized family/dining room suitable for a large gathering (we had 8 adults, and never felt "cramped") and last but by all means not least, the most friendly and accommodating hosts (Francois and Caroline) we have ever had-----in over 30 years of world-wide travel.

The location was perfect and right in front of the bus stop. It was also close to several bakeries and restaurants . The place was well furnished with art work and paintings that made us feel so much at home. the host was very responsive to all our needs and gave us excellent information about transportation needs, etc

There was not much we did not like, but I would say the only small issue is for 5 adults, the stairs to the loft beds were a tiny bit challenging. But as I mentioned, it was a very minor issue. We managed just fine, and still had no problem with the comfort of the beds in the lofts.

The location was great! There was easy access to everything we needed from restaurants, groceries, and even a pharmacy. And transportation was easy to access also. The loft was beautiful, we enjoyed the artwork throughout the property.

The WiFi was a bit slow when all of us were using it, but it was still fine.

We booked this apartment for five nights for a family gathering to celebrate our daughter's university graduation in London. We had a total of six people and I was worried that anything in Paris that could accommodate us all would be cramped. We were very pleasantly surprised. The flat was spacious and very light and airy. Best of all, even though it has the feel of a loft, with skylights and natural light, the apartment actually is on the ground floor. So no stairs or elevators to mess with. But still quiet. Everything about the place is top quality. It feels brand new, modern appliances, everything you could want has been anticipated and everything is so immaculate. And filled with amazing art, most of it created by Caroline, the co-owner. The owners, François and Caroline greeted us when we arrived and showed us around, pointing out everything we needed to know. François is very fluent in English, Caroline said very little. She is the artist and decorator with the exquisite taste and style. The flat is not cheap, but is good value for money. Three hotel rooms for six people in Paris would have cost us more and we'd not have a kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of space, etc. And, to be honest, compared to similar apartments I found in Paris, this one was probably the least expensive (and the best). The Montmartre neighborhood is great for experiencing the Paris vibe. Tons of shops and cafes, Metro stations nearby, a bus stop literally at your front door. We had a car and even found a convenient garage nearby to park. It's easy to get around and see Paris, then come back to a comfy apartment at the end of the day. We couldn't be happier with the flat and with the owners. Highly recommended.

Caroline & Francois' apartment was perfect for our group of 7 on our 5 night stay, it had everything that we needed and more, particularly a bottle of champagne on arrival from Caroline's family vineyard - a lovely touch. Caroline & Francois are ideal hosts, they provided every detailed information in advance, and answered questions immediately via WhatsApp. They met us on arrival and gave a short guided tour explaining where everything was and how it worked. The apartment is in an excellent location, bus stops outside the door and a short walk to metro stations for 2 lines. It is spacious and comfortable, and very secure. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to return in future!

The property is absolutely stunning. It was just perfect for us as a family. The location is fabulous too. I have to say that our Hosts Caroline and François were absolutely brilliant. They sorted our transport from the airport which had gone horribly wrong. And also gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and bakeries etc Nothing was too much trouble. They are second to none. We absolutely loved our stay at the Loft. Just wished we could’ve stayed longer! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much 🌟
