Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomBreakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. It would be useful to have a note on the table saying you can request eggs from the kitchen as we didn’t realise the first day. Concierge was very helpful and booked all our restaurants for the trip. Bar staff were all polite and swift to respond. All staff were great.

United KingdomSome rooms do not have separate showers, just a hand held shower over bath witch is not ideal. The hotel parking is not free and the extra charge for our dog.
Great breakfast and location ideal for ski lift. Fabulous bar and restaurant with great atmosphere. Very expensive drinks and food.

TurkeyThe size of the toilet was like a joke. We get used to poor conditions (mostly old and small) of the bathroom areas of the luxury hotels of French Alps but this was really small. To give an idea; it was much smaller than a plane toilet.
All the team members of the hotel who served us during our stay were great. We liked the lobby area and spent a lot of time over there; the variety of drinks, snacks menu and service were very good.

SwitzerlandAvoid room 114! It is NOT worth the value!!!! The room itself was extremely small, and one of the windows was closed off (therefore, no view). The other window had a view of buildings and balconies. In addition, the room was next to a ventilator on the outside, which made very loud noises late into the evening. We stayed for two nights and each time I had to call reception and ask them to do something about the noise, as we couldn't sleep. The first night, reception was reactive, but the second night, we had to make four phone calls before someone reacted. Also, the toilet is not for anyone with claustrophobia. It was a WC (water closet), with no space to move around except to sit on the toilet.
The decor was beautiful, and the location was perfect for visiting Megeve Center or waking to the Chamois telecabin. Breakfast was good, but could have had more choice, given the price of the hotel

Turkeythe room was terrible! open bathroom, small partitions, narrow paths that we always hit our head to the beams! definitely not suitable for family stay! and more importantly than anything, although we tried to explain to the manager that it was not the type of room we had booked, he insisted that it was and asked for around 40% extra for changing us to similar type of room!!! all other hotel staff was amazingly nice and kind but I cannot accept hotel manager's attitude!!
