Shower very small. Need a fixed toilet toll holder. Step from the room to shower needs to be reviewed and markings as so easy to stub your toe.

Value for money with excellent staff. Very good 3 star hotel

Shower box ,be ready,only if you extremely thin . The room 209. I've never experienced such conditions ((( Each time I bursted to laugh after having a shower. Totally dissatisfied.

My bed was rather squeaky (but I am a big guy). Apart from that, my only gripe was the low water pressure in the shower (4th floor - but it was suprisingly hot, which is a plus).

Great location, superb breakfast, quite spacious room for French standards even for three, kind and helpful staff. A friendly place overall.

If you are sensitive to noise, don’t book this hotel, because the rooms are not soundproofed, and the windows are old and not sealed at all. The room doors are causing awfull noise when closing, that was waking me up many times at nights. Although the hotel is a well-known one in Nice but needs renovation asap because everything is too old and the decoration is outdated.

We liked the location, near the sea. Helpful staff. Hotel offers some Good facilities like beach towels, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, balcony.

A ramp at the front door would be helpful when bringing in suitcases.

The staff were amazing! So very helpful. Close to the tram and bus stop. Close to shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

Bathroom is extremely small. The water was not going through smoothly in the shower. We asked for fix it, but it did not happen during our stay.

I arrived very late at night / early morning after a flight cancellation. Reception could not have been kinder or more helpful. The bed was so welcoming - clean and comfortable. Whilst the room was relatively small, it was not the smallest hotel room I’ve stayed in and I was a single traveller so totally adequate.

It was impossible to buy a water without coins in machines downstairs.

The property is located close to a tram stop and beach. There are several shops in the area. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The property offers free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. The a/c is very powerful and keeps constant temperature.

Minuscule shower in spite of a superior room. Very spotty Wi-Fi. Dated furnishings: the hairdryer practically blew up in my hands, the shower wall came off the railings, the room door didn't open properly but got stuck on the carpet. Because of these falts a bit pricey for the quality.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good location near the Avenue des Anglais. Close to public transport.

Room was fine except it was quite noisy from people in room above and being by the lift and stairs. But it wasn't a problem really. Bed was slightly hard for my bad back but it was generally comfy with nice Bed linen and pillows.

Staff lovely, friendly and very helpful. Loved the free coffee and water and the sun cream that was left out was a very thoughtful gesture. Liked the little terrace too! Very nice lounging area with comfy sofas.

The door of the shower cubicle didn’t close properly, leaving a big puddle of water on the floor!

Excellent location near Centre Universitaire tram stop. Friendly staff. Free luggage storage for early arrivals /late departures. Excellent breakfast. Lovely roof terrace.
