Very convenient location, lovely view of the rooftops from our room and a lovely little restaurant area downstairs. The room was a decent size and the lift was very cutesy. It was also very quiet and peaceful given that it's in a busy part of town.

Bathroom needs a little work Shower head slides to lowest position, and a water leak round toilet.

Lovely big room - really unusual for Paris- very light clan and quiet room- one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in -for a budget hotel. Really good breakfast area - informal and only European breakfast but really nice. Some nice touches to the renovated building- lift features had been restored- which I really liked. A lot of thought had gone into renovation features

The end of stay clean needs to be checked before handing over to the new guest, there was a few things that weren’t addressed; the safe didint work despite reporting it multiple times and waiting around to get it fixed; the toilet cistern was constantly trying to fill itself. Luckily there was a valve so we could shut it off when we weren’t using it. We didn’t include breakfast so I can’t comment. The WiFi was weak on the 4th floor.

The room layout was great for us - parent and two children. The kitchenette was really useful. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and powerful; it was so quiet at night. We slept very well! It was very easy to walk to the gare du nord and so easy to get onto the train for Disneyland. There was a great street near by for bars and cafes - rue du Faubourg st Denis!

Lovely spot right next to Gare de l'Est and lots of options for eating and drinking. A nice walk from Gare du Nord and intl the centre (50 min). No frills hotel and very small, but perfect for a flyby and near transport options.

Our room faced the street and we could hear people talking most of the night.

The hotel is very close to the Gare de L’est and a short walk from Gare de Nord. Room was clean and affordable!

The location was quite loud so opening a window to let air in while you sleep is not so possible. But if you expect quiet why the hell would you stay so close to a international train station?

The beds were the most comfortable on our trip. Price was great and so close to the train station so good for a low stress entry or exit to Paris. The cleaning ladies were fabulous! so friendly and nice. 10/10 for the cleaning ladies!!!!

There was a strange smell in the room. Maybe because of the old building. One towel smelled weird. Maybe they forgot to change it with a clean one.

Very close to the train station. You can see the building of the hotel is old but the rooms was clean. What I liked the most was the staff which were very helpful and very friendly. They made us feel very welcomed.

Nothing. It was what we hoped for.

We deliberately looked for a hotel near Gare du Nord as we had a few days in transit after a long holiday and too many bags! It was a lovely one night stay in a classic French hotel, the room was on the 6th floor with adorable shutters and the ability to keep the windows open while we were out. We could easily store our bags and there were two comfy chairs that we sat in watching the world go by. It was warm and the fan was great overnight. We loved the traditional lift and the wooden spiral staircase. There is a nice sitting area and the staff were lovely.
