This place was very cute and the room felt very French which I loved! However i didn't have a good night sleep. The pillow was really firm which didnt suit me but would maybe be ok for others? Exceptionally clean! And freshly painted.

Aircon in the room constantly on and no way to control the temperature. We were there in the summer and ended up feeling quite cold at night. Probably not good for the hotel's energy bills either!

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was big. No air conditioning but there is a fan in the room which was fine and there was no elevator if you have mobility issues. Location is great 10 mins to train station and waterfront and heaps of cool restaurants and cafes around

There was no air conditioning and although a fan was provided it did little to cool the room during a very hot day.

Guy on reception was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was located on a beautiful square and within walking distance of the port and many bars and restaurants.

Impeccable in satisfying my requests. Most of the hotel rooms do not have A/C and the fan is not enough, and there is also no elevator so I also chose the fourth floor of spiral stairs arriving where no one dares. Beautiful view of the square and the clock tower and the whole landscape. On the ground floor of the reception there is also a well-equipped and air-conditioned kitchen, but because of my terrible French we did not understand each other and I did not use it so as not to create problems. Good hotel but you have to be trained.

Air conditioning needs to be paid separately it's an absurd, I did not saw at the moment of the reservation. Luckily they provide a good fan.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Toulon, within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. The price is very reasonable considering the hotel's central location. Great value for money! The rooms are clean, providing a comfortable stay. If you're looking for an affordable hotel in the center of Toulon, this is a great option. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and patient with my French. The room was a good size but up four very steep sets of stairs that were tricky when carrying a suitcase.

Breakfast buffet was basic but satisfactory. The second day we went to the patisserie across the street which was cheaper and excellent.

Unfortunately our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Probably the previous guest smoked inside - I have no clue, but it was stinking anyways.

The location was perfect, the atmosphere was amazing and the beds, although they were zip and link beds attached together, were extremely comfortable. The bed linen was crisp white and soft as well. Oh, and don't forget to mention the lovely old lady at the reception! She is truly a gem.

Nothing specific - Only one thing that is not related to the hotel, and I saw in comments here, is that if someone puts music in the street during night, you will hear it. That's true but it also goes for the whole quartier not only the hotel.

Perfect location, and very friendly staff. The hotel is perfect for short stays. Quality V price is the very correct one and even better. I will go back definitely if I decide to re-visit the city. Many decent food options around, even monoprix - all walking distance. Plage is a walking distance. The public parking/garage as well is v close to the hotel.
